Great Customer Service
Most companies manage OK when things go well but it is how they deal with customers who mess up their order that makes a difference! I spoke to Kayla in customer service who was very friendly and helpful, resolving the issue whilst I was on the phone. The order was changed and the correct item has now arrived. The trike is great and being thoroughly enjoyed. Thanks!

I needed a replacement bucket for our outdoor play area and I sent a request and within 24 hours it had been resolved with prompt responses and I now has a very happy little guy as he can play with his bucket!

I made an error with an order
I made an error with an order and phoned customer services which was easy to find and get through, I spoke to Ann who immediately said she could help with my mistake and would even email me to confirm, which she did. Very quick efficient customer service and Ann was lovely too.

Component Replaced
We had a problem with a component when assembling an Explorer 4 in 1 trike. Plum were contacted and after a few EMails and a photo of the component in question, a replacement component was shipped straight away.

Negative: one of the swing legs arrived damaged.
Positives: Plum responded immediately and sent us a replacement without any fuss (unlike other suppliers of their equipment)

Sturdy frame, weak straps
Pros:
The swing itself is lovely and sturdy. Haven't used the longer legs yet but looks very simple. The baby seat has a good back and the ropes attaching it to the frame are strong. My daughter absolutelt loves it!
Cons:
The straps are flimsy - the poppers that hold them in place are weak, and the ones on the bottom strap broke as I was sitting my daughter up a bit. I had to attach a makeshift anchor and sew it to keep it in place! One of the two poppers on one of the shoulder straps has also broken. We are going to have to buy new, sturdier straps. The straps are not very adjustable either, so it is hard to tighten them sufficiently. A solid part for between the legs would be much safer.
The seat came pre-assembled, meaning all the rope knots were in place. The knots have been tied below the "table" and it keeps lifting up. It would hold in place so much better if the ropes were above it.
I am mostly pleased as my daughter does really love it, but there are a few safety issues and design flaws that should be addressed.

Fantastic service
I needed a replacement slide for the Plum Discovery Woodland Treehouse so filled in the 'contact us' form on-line explaining my query. Happy with my experience
