We had a leak in our basement caused by a toilet leak in our downstairs bathroom.We also had a problem with our powder room toilet on the main level.Chris T did an inspection of both toliets and determined what the causes were.He explained two options to us.Due to the age of the toilets we decided to replace them.,which was the second option.
He is truly professional and very customer focused.He listened to our concerns and was very honest in his responses.I would recommend Chris T and Plumwise to anyone requiring a Plummer.

We needed to remove and replace a seized shut off valve on Water Main. Chris, the young plumber is a fantastic professional. He is great at explaining the work he is about to do, he works fast and efficiently and he is kind! The location of the shut off valve was challenging to get to and he made it easier with a new valve. We are most grateful and we highly recommend PlumbWize for their professionalism and efficiency.

Outstanding, exceptional, brilliant service! Sam is by far best gas engineer I’ve ever used. He came at short notice, serviced my boiler, cleaned the system, fixed the thermostat, bled the radiators. Conscientious, dedicated and extremely knowledgeable. Plus a really nice person. Hayley who arranged the service was super efficient and went out of her way to help me. Couldn’t rate them more highly.

I've used Plumbwise Plumbing several times over a 5 year period now. This time around, I needed a toilet seat replaced, as well as repairs to a toilet flush and a dripping tap. Daniel was timely, friendly, and very efficient. Everything fixed in under an hour! Once again, hugely appreciate the friendliness, professionalism and efficiency from the Plumbwise team.

The engineer turned up on the morning armed with his bag of tools and got started straight away.
After the install, he cleaned up and got rid off all waste. He explained the use of the boiler and Nest Thermostat.

I work in the trade myself, and have seen some bodge jobs out there, but was really impressed with the service received.

Plumbwise came recommended already. Daniel came out quickly to fix a leak we had in our flat. Great customer service! Highly recommend.

Good job but I found the pricing policy dishonest. I was charged 200 (+VAT) labour for the changing of 2 valves. The break-down of the charges was as follows: 45 minutes was the actual work. Another 45 minutes was for getting the valves, although I had sent pictures with the problem and the parts that would need fixing the day before, and the plumber could have brought the parts with him. In any case, this would have made 1,5hours labour. According to my watch, the plumber first came in my house at 12.15p.m., and was out at 1.42p.m. However, Plumbwise claimed that he arrived at 12.05, and they asked for an extra 50(+VAT) for the supposed 7 minutes beyond the 1.5hours. I explained that at 12.06p.m., at a time when their plumber according to them was in my house, I was on the phone with them complaining because the plumber was not here yet, although he was supposed to had come before 10a.m. I also explained that his arrival time could easily be proved beyond dispute by the metadata of the pictures he took with his mobile when he arrived. Despite repeatedly asking for them however, Plumbwise refused to send this hard evidence, just insisting he arrived 10 minutes earlier than he actually did, which reinforces my feeling that their attitude is calculatedly dishonest, and not just a mistake. In any case I find the 200(+VAT) labour for the changing of two valves an unacceptably high price, and I wouldn’t trust Plumbwise again.

Plumbwise were incredibly helpful when our boiler broke and we had to get it replaced at short notice. Very friendly customer service from Hayley and Sam, and I was very impressed with the work done by Daniel.

We've been using Plumbwise for quite some time from big jobs like boiler replacement to minor household hastles like clearing blocked wastepipes... They are efficient, reliable, trustworthy, courteous and caring.

Sam Sinclair and his team did an impressive job, rescheduling other work to get our heat back on, not only installing the new boiler as quoted but fixing some defects in our ageing system that we were unaware of. The fact that Sam and Hayley (on the phone) are extremely pleasant to deal with does not hurt. Will recommend with no hesitation.

Sam Is a fantastic plumber and one of the most knowledgeable heating engineers that we know. Its a pleasure to deal with him on a daily basis
