We had what I thought was a leaking boiler. Called Plumberoo and I think it was Steve who came round. He found the leak was rain water running down the flue, he climbed into my attic to find my flue had become detached from the wall joints and was no longer attached properly to the roof tile. He promptly repaired this. He said the situation was potentially very dangerous. He then serviced my boiler. Job well done

Been using Plumberoo for a while now and they are simply fantastic. On this occasion it was Tom the heating engineer who quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part from stock he had in his van. Heating back up and running within the hour. Could not fault and will continue to use them. Thanks all

Excellent service again from Plumberoo. They responded immediately to my phone call and arranged an immediate appointment. Tom, the Engineer, updated us on his arrival time. He was very helpful, courteous, neat and tidy. Very trustworthy and efficient. Would recommend them.

Over a poor experience. Firstly turned up late with no word on whether they were coming at all. I’d asked them to install two new taps and seal the bathroom. The plumber disappeared for over an hour to get parts charging for this whole time, despite having 3 merchants at the end of the road, then left without completing the job as they had missed the sink. I challenged the charges but only got increasing aggressive messages from them. I would not use again.

From start to finish a very efficient service, having been let down by another plumber I was pleased that Plumberoo were able to come round and fix the problem. Will use again!

I found Plumberoo from a Google search and booked them in at relatively short notice (a few days) to do a boiler service and annual landlord certificate. The engineer did a good service and provided a comprehensive report with a timely invoice.

I was very happy with service I received from Plumberoo, the work was done well, explained clearly to me and done without any delays.

My stopcock was leaking badly and all my previous plumbers were busy for the next days. I found Plumberoo on Checkatrade, they replied rapidly with fair price and availability the next day, which I accepted. They sent me text when plumber was on his way, he arrived promptly and did an excellent job in a very short space of time. He was effective and courteous and talked me through what he had done and what might need to be done before too long. These recommendations were in writing on the invoice. Excellent service.

Personally wouldn't recommend or use again. They came round to look at our immersion and spent about 30-40 minutes on the phone to suppliers to source replacement parts, the session totalled 2 hours. I understand that calls can be part of the job but we had someone else come round and they finished in 30 minutes, which included looking at the immersion and calling suppliers. Although Plumberoo kindly gave a discount, it was for about 10 minutes worth of work so didn't feel fair

The engineer arrived very quickly and was clearly knowledgeable. He did a thorough evaluation of our heating system, ordered parts same day and got everything running smoothly again. Very trustworthy and efficient.

Heating was not working over very cold few days! 😬 Not fun with two very small children. I contacted a few plumbers, managed to get Tom from Plumberoo. Heating had not been on for quite a long time and wasn’t quite sure what the problem was. Turned out the connection between the thermostats and receivers wasn’t working. Low battery in the actual thermostats 🙄 but whilst he was here he noticed a leak which then knocked out the power. He found the leak under heated towel rail, removed plasterboard, replaced a part which had not been fitted properly during renovation and checked all heating, radiators, everything in order throughout home and very happy with the work. Talked me through everything, polite and trustworthy. Highly recommend! Thank you Tom and Plumberoo!

My experience with this company was fantastic. Dustin arrived on time, quickly identified the problem with my shower, and the job was done within 15 mins. Could not be happier! Huge thanks!!

Chris and the team were amazing from the moment they came to see what the problem was with our pump/boiler.. They also notice other small, but important issues with the work the last company did.. They gave me lots of confidence about what they were going to do, booked it in and turned up on time, ready to crack on.

Highly recommended.. We will be using Plumberoo for all plumbing needs going forward.. Awesome team.

My kitchen was drain was clogged Monday evening, and Plumberoo was able to send someone to come in the next morning at 08:00. The plumber was so polite and patient and even came back again upon our request to check on a leakage. I was impressed with their service and will be using them again.

Punctual, polite and professional. Issues resolved on their first visit. Highly recommend.
