Quick service & very trustworthy, I am very happy to say that I’m amazed by their service and they have such a great customer service the products look unreal and amazing, I have 0 bad thoughts about them, plus they have fast delivery options, like who doesn’t like to get their products delivered fast ? I’m honestly amazed and very very very happy, guys don’t miss out with them because I’m telling you.
Unreal.
That’s probably 2nd or 3rd time ordering with them and I can happily say I’m definitely ordering again!

Just a brilliant service can’t say anything bad about it delivery is always specified and usually quick and business is easy to deal with

Will recommend 1000% service is 10/10
the quality is perfect ordered multiple times and received exactly what i ordered

An absolute embarrassment of a company. Ordered a jacket 15th of October. To this date 29th of November still not arrived. Excuses after excuses through direct message on instagram. Told me it would take 9-15 working days to arrive. After the 15th still I messaged them asking if there was a problem. To get ignored for 4 days after to finally receive a pathetic response saying just have to wait and see. The following week was told it would be here that week. Got to the end of the week still not arrived. They offered me a refund if it didn’t come the next week. Got to the end of that week and still not arrived. I asked for the refund and they said no I have to wait another week. Several weeks later and still not here and no tracking available on Royal Mail. What a joke.

Avoid this company

Ordered like 7 times now. never disappoints. great service

I have been buying from them for almost three years. All their things are great. They answer the messages very quickly and the things I bought are the right size and not smaller or bigger

I like how it came package and it was good only problem was that i order as a large but feels like a medium

this company is absolutely amazing never had a problem with them shoes have come in amazing condition!!

Excellent services LV scarf set took 3 days delivery super fast and I will order again thanks

Always the best, fast delivery amazing communication and amazing quality stuff! definitely recommend 👍🩵

After making over 14 purchases the communication was very poor in getting back to me once i had made payment

I have been sent the wrong size t shirt in the past that i ordered for a specific event. I had to pay out of my own pocket to return the t shirt and had to go out and buy a different one from a shop for my event.

I recently purchased some trainers that i needed for an event i had, that were the wrong size and wrong colour. Before i made payment i was told 7-15 days delivery. They took over 24 working days to arrive in which the event had passed and i had no trainers….

I politely chased up pluggygarms via instagram to which they read the message and chose to ignore me, its a shame for them as i would of been a long time customer after the 14 purchases i have already made.

Its easy for me to find a new supplier but not so easy for them to find new customers especially when you have no customer service experience.

Very good quality took a while to come but definitely worth the wait and will definitely be buying again highly recommend.

Certi kickz🤝🏽🔥customer service 10/10, I recommend

Happy with my order
Came within the time frame
Quality of my goods is superb
Very happy customer

This company is disgusting calling their customers fat because I called them out for being unprofessional and selling fakes DO NOT BUY NOT REAL if you need proof dm me @gracemairx

Received my trainers quickly. So happy with them, they are great quality and the seller is very helpful in finding what you’re looking for. Ordered from here a few times and have never been disappointed.
