Do not go near this site its a scam i unfortunately fell into the trap im now trying to claim my money back

Its been three months and I still haven't received my order. It was a large order, that I ordered well in advance of Christmas. I have e-mailed, left messages, tried in different ways to get an update - but I have had no response on any of my messages. The code they gave me to track the package - has no update on it what so ever. Complete Con in my Experience.

Absolute sh!t show, I had perfect replies up until I sent the money. The replies then went upto a week at a time and I would have attached pictures if they let you. I had to message multiple times over multiple platforms over multiple days to get any response, my tracking wasn’t sent after 4 days like they said it would I had to get this from them like a week or more after ordering. I ordered my coats on the 19th of september and recieved them last week of october after being told the delivery days would be upto 15 working days. When asking for updates when they wasn’t delivered again response time was shocking. When i’ve now finally recieved my order I have one wrong coat and have messaged about this to try and get it resolved again with no response for a further 3 days.
Woukd not recommend and also I would attach pictures for reciepts of this terrible customer service but you cannot add them

The quality of the clothing shocked me, it's amazing! Ordered through WhatsApp on the friday and recieved my items on the Tuesday, super fast delivery!

They respond until they’ve received your money, make an excuse as to why they can’t send your items then ignore you. Please do not fall for this scam, they take innocent people’s hard earnt money and don’t even have the decency to respond. I made payment on the 5th of June, provided proof of payment as requested however was told the money had bounced back which is obviously a lie as my bank confirmed the money went through. They victimise their business and their staff instead of taking accountability. The staff are unprofessional and have no training on customer service. They’ve left multiple customers being victims of a scam. Clearly whoever is in charge does not deserve to own a business.

My experience throughout my purchases with pluggygarms is overwhelmingly positive. The price for what you pay for an item is pretty decent in all fairness.But the main point is that it comes in perfect condition and would buy from them again.

False Advertising No Refunds Avoid This Seller

This was hands down one of the most disappointing tech purchases I’ve made. The AirPods Max I received were not what was advertised item came with clear signs of a counterfeit the packaging wasn’t original and it felt like they were just hoping I wouldn’t notice. Spoiler I did.

To make matters worse, the seller flat-out refused to offer a refund. No accountability, no effort to resolve the issue just radio silence once they had my money. This isn’t just bad service it’s borderline scammy.

Let this be a lesson do not buy tech from sellers like this. They clearly don’t know what they’re doing and don’t care about customer satisfaction. If you value your time, money and sanity, steer clear. There are better, more trustworthy places to spend your cash.

Just unfortunate that the lowest I can give the company is one start I wish I could give lower.
