The mud kitchen arrived within a few days and was a relatively easy construction. The end product looked great just as it appeared in the photos! You could probably build this single handed but it is... Leggi di più

Poor customer service
I ordered 2 items from here. One of the items was defective and a bad quality. I emailed to return the item and this was arranged. I asked for the delivery charge to be refunded as the second item I ordered was only slightly more expensive than the delivery charge (£5 delivery and £8 item). I was told that I couldn't have this so I advised that I would return the second item also as I would never have purchased this item alone with the delivery charge being so much. They don't respond to my most recent email asking for a return of the second item.
Just poor customer service really as it wasn't my fault the main item I bought was defective. Wouldn't purchase from here again and would appreciate a response to my email.

Superb toys and customer service
My items were somehow delivered to the wrong address. Through no fault of Play Faire . They soon sorted the issue.. I have not received customer service like I had from this company in years. They are superb. The quality of toys is all brilliant.
Many thanks to customer service.

I placed my first order with Playfaire yesterday. Not only was it by far the best price I could find for the item I wanted but I was very pleasantly surprised when it arrived this morning - so quick! Excellent service, would not hesitate to recommend.

Hi there, thank you for your review. We just wanted to clarify that your order was dispatched on time and delivered within the delivery window we provided.
As a small business, we work really hard to ensure a smooth experience from our end, and it’s always disheartening when we receive lower ratings for issues outside our control — in this case, with the courier.
If your concerns relate to DHL’s service, we’d kindly ask that you consider leaving feedback on their platform instead, as reviews here directly impact our small team.
Thank you for your understanding, and we’re always here to help if you need anything further!

FIVE STAR SERVICE
Well, what can I say? What a fantastic company. This is the first time I use them when I buy a lot of children’s toys due to having two small children and also a small children’s business. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jess. She resolved my queries so quickly and such a standard that I will continue to recommend. Playfaire where I can. In fact, I already have! Don’t hesitate to use this company. They were truly fantastic. Thank you Jess
