Items arrived from Spain from the .co.uk site absolute impossible to peel and when you finally crack it the name stays on the it what you’re peeling off.

Like everyone else on here the service is shocking no communication don't keep to delivery times at all.

Shocking customer service for mistake company made
Sent me an incorrectly formatted name. When I emailed to ask to send me a new one the customer service team said their order team would be in touch and would send a new, proper formatted name out but never did. I followed up multiple times to silence. It has been 3 months and no replacement.

Estafa!
Haces el pedido, por supuesto lo pagas y ya nunca vuelves a saber de ellos.
Te mandan un email diciendo que te descarges otra app para poder hacer el seguimiento pero esta nunca recibe la información del seguimiento.
Y por mucho que contactes con ellos.
Cero noticias ni devolución del dinero.

Absoluta estafa
Absoluta estafa, después de 39 días y decirme q envían urgente las 4veces q he reclamado he denunciado por Instagram y me han contestado a la primera y no precisamente la maquinita Zenda, sino una persona. Es una estafa y no se ponen coloraos. No entiendo como tras tanta queja plataformas como Facebook, Instagram....permiten a este tipo de negocios continuarbpublicitandose y ofreciendo sus productos en lugar de vetarlos con tantos filtros q tienen para otras cosas....es inadmisible, se convierten en complices de estas personas.
