Brilliant customer service, bought the car few slight issues, told me to bring the car straight back sorted straight away and provided a courtesy car in the meantime. Always available to contact brilliant experience with garage! 👍

Bought a car from here today, highly recommended. All the staff was friendly, polite and welcoming. Can't fault them all at all. Great bunch guys. Car was spot on. tyre needed changing and they done it there and then so I could drive away too. Thank you 10/10

I wouldn’t trust them whatsoever
I brought a car and within the first couple of weeks I have problems so I took it to an independent mechanic to get what I thought was just one job done which was a knocking noise and it ended up being 11 problems with it which meant it was an MOT failure and it should never been put on the road. They had 12 months dodgy MOT put on it just to try and sell it plus there’s been other problems like I think called Mikey which only allowed me to go up to 80 miles an hour and I couldn’t not my car for two weeks.

Recently me and my husband bought our car from platinum car sales, from the very beginning we have been treated with nothing but respect. We went to view the car (close to closing time), John stayed open for us to take the car for a test drive answered every question asked, and allowed us plenty of time to decide on our sale without any pressure even though it was almost an hour after closing time (sorry guys!) again no pressure was made. The car is absolutely beautiful and we are over the moon to have taken the opportunity to buy from platinum car sales. Thankyou again and happy new year to you all.

My partner brought a van over 12months…
My partner brought a van over 12months ago which he fell in love with straight away. I needed a bigger car with having 5 children and see the same van but 7 seats which was ideal for what I needed we were made to feel welcome and were looked after very well you will be very entertained , I had a slight problem but it was resolved straight away as the after care is second to none.. needless to say they will always be the first place we will go to when needing anything.
