I recently purchased a mafex action figure. It was a very pleasant experience. I was messaged to say when the figure would be posted out. It was sent and arrived very quickly and was well packaged to avoid any damage to the box or figure. It was a very good price for the figure I would recommend this company to anyone looking for good quality action figures.

I have bought from this seller 7 times going all the way back to January of 2026 and every time they continue to deliver with amazing and quick responses about questions as well as keeping you updated about the progress of the order especially if it’s on the “ready to order” option.
As a collector in the UK it’s really hard to receive good quality import figures without paying a huge sum of money which is why Plastichero is the best shop in the UK for figures because of the cheap and affordable offers they do.

Found out about this store through a Facebook group. I have no complaints. Will source figures you cannot find yourself from overseas and you never get hit with any import charges. Very friendly and always happy to help wherever he can. Can’t recommend him enough. He understands your situation as he is a collector himself.

Absolutely amazing company, spoke to the owner multiple times - before during and after the sale. Extremely professional and very friendly every single time, the customer service was impeccable. Have since ordered 3 more items based on how good these guys are!! Put me at ease constantly with any query I had. Tailored service, remembers you specifically as a customer. Extremely highly recommended, especially for pre orders where there's a little wait. Also handles all annoying customs fees and deals with overseas imports for you. Actually understands what being a collector is 10/10.

Extremely happy! At first I went into it a little skeptical, but the owner was so helpful and cleared my mind of any doubts instantly, communication and level of service was above and beyond, the figure arrived in great condition, after my first purchase I will become a regular customer, couldn’t recommend Plastichero enough!

I can't recommend this lovely shop enough. The stock is insane, and the customer service is spot on.

Asked to return an item to this business through his eBay page. He was very unwilling to accept, claimed he had his own special terms and conditions contradicting basic UK commerce laws, and only accepted the return once I said I would get eBay involved. Once the item got back to him, he then, clearly bitter and angry about having to refund me, spammed me with images of the item claiming my complaints where ridiculous. I bought another item from him, without realising it was the same eBay seller, and the item arrived damaged in a smashed up box. I contacted him about the damage, and he resorted to insulting my intelligence and being rude and aggressive. He only relented and accepted the return once again only after I threatened him with getting eBay involved. Instead of leaving it there he continued to contact me, obviously very much angry about having to yet again refund me for sending me dodgy products. The interaction should have stopped after I said “thanks” but he continued to be passive aggressive towards me. One message he sent contained offensive language and was quickly removed by eBay, so he sent it again with the language (and embarrassing emojis) removed. After I had the final say, telling him that ignoring problems is not a good way to run a business, he blocked me on eBay, Instagram and apparently found my Facebook account and blocked me there. Very aggressive, mean spirited and difficult seller. He’ll try to con you into waiting months for replacement parts, only to not deliver and by that point your return window is closed. Scam seller. Do NOT buy from him.

Edit: neither figure was in good condition, he’s still mad about it. Tried to get my review taken down for containing “illegal content”. Laughable.
