Products are good but information along could improve.
The products per se are good and it is nice to read the description of the specific ingredients and instructions for use. What I disliked is: 1. I didn't receive any information about the expected time of delivery, and 2. It is not always clear from the website the size/weight/quantity of the product (amount of grams, how many pieces, etc. So some products did not meet my expectations in terms of quantity/price).

Some ridicilously high prices give the project an elitist stink
Some products are ridiculously overpriced and do not relate to the actual price of the materials. It really hurts the movement and turns the project of plastic free living into an elitist spectacle. If it wasn't for having had voucher from my company I had not bought what I did. Some products are reasonably priced and make sense after all though! Just throw out the BS.

Heel fijne onderneming!
Snelle verzending, economisch en duurzaam verpakt. Heel tevreden over de shea butter en shampoo bar. Al meerdere keren besteld en kom zeker terug!

The overall experience was great. I got a gift card from my company. They have beautiful things but I found it a bit overpriced.

Pakket wel betaald niet ontvangen.
Zending is niet aangekomen en bedrijf meld op de site dat als dhl aangeeft dat hij is geleverd dat je het met de vervoerder moet opnemen terwijl dhl alleen zaken doet met de afzender.
Puntje bij paaltje toch een declaratie ontvangen van dit bedrijf. Duurt wel even maar ze doen wel hun best.

It is very clear what you are buying and products are shipped quickly. I especially appreciate the clever use of sustainable packaging to keep breakables in tact without using huge boxes.
Two ways to improve the experience. First, when items are offered in multiple sizes it can be difficult to judge what size you need. One way PFA can help is to use relatable images, for example, how do bottle sizes compare against the size of an adult hand? Second, as your customer base expands, it will be really helpful to see more customer reviews of products. Taste and judgment varies, however, user based reviews can give insights beyond product specs that are really useful to the shopper experience.
