Customer Service
I received a notification that my parcel wasn't going to be ready on time, which was not a problem for me and I appreciated the heads up. One of the items I received was not the one I ordered. I reached out to and we are sorting out the shipment of the correct item and return of the wrong one.

Love the range and (no) packaging
Plastic Free Amsterdam has a great range of products that are better for the planet. The products are packed with so much care (but so minimalistic!) it every time feels like opening a birthday gift.

Great Plastic Free option!
I have been buying some plastic free products lately and it has been great! Small changes in my daily life, but I see the impact long term. Everything has always been good, very clear website, ordering process and it arrives home extremely fast! I totally recommend to support this business when choosing for plastic free products! :)

Het pakket was goed ingepakt zonder overbodig materiaal of plastic! Snel bezorgd. Alleen de "breast pads" waren vies. Ik ga ze proberen te wassen. Hopelijk helpt dat.

Amazing! I placed my order last Sunday and got the parcel on Wednesday, as I was absent on Tuesday! Everything was packed well but still without plastic. I am also very happy with the items I ordered.
