With a little prompting from me Mick tucker kept chasing their supplier to deliver my order then collect and process the returns after I realised I had made a mistake.

Rip off merchants. Firstly they sent me the incorrect item….this took a couple attempts emailing to say this, which then took 2 weeks to be swapped. Then made a return of an item and charged £81 for this, which was completely unjustifiable for the item. Be careful read the full reviews of this business before purchasing.

Ordered it near midnight, collected it before midday.
Even Amazon could not beat that.

Shaun was excellent. Simple. His product knowledge and manner in which he advised and quickly helped me to understand what I needed was without any hassle. He was patient with me and not pushy at all. If only everyone was like this, would make life easier.

Received excellent service from this company: from sourcing what was needed for our situation, to order and prompt delivery. As an amateur when it comes to all things garden drainage, I received help that I would consider over and above standard. In particular, Mick Tucker took time over the phone, and an attention to detail via email, that helped us achieve our drainage needs. He made sure that what we received would work, and it does. The only issue: our project was small and we now have 43 meters of flexible 110mm blue pipe that we don't need! Sadly, you can only buy the pipe in 50m rolls. C'est la vie.

I have dealt with BPP over a number of years, l have always found not only the product being a fair price but also the staff being professional, polite and helpful. It is fair to say I’m limited when it relates to reviews but I felt compelled to document that I was very impressed that staff member Will took the opportunity to update me that an outstanding item would be delayed. I appreciate with workloads it’s not always possible to do this, as a customer it’s greatly appreciated, so we can plan ahead. I also appreciate the difficulties imposed on the supplies at the present with the unforeseen product shortage beyond their control. Well done BPP

Cheapest drainage products around with fast delivery!

I placed my first order with plasticdrainage.co.uk and received my items promptly the next day. Everything arrived well packed and in good condition. I realised later that there was something else I needed, I called the customer services for advice on getting the right part and they were really helpful, got the extra part I needed shipped out to me straight away! Excellent service 5/5

Very poor service from BP Plastics, I dealt with Shaun and was appalled by the lack of communication skills, sometimes rude on the phone, leaving me without a reply for weeks on end, forgetting crucial details of the job.

I was actually unable to obtain a solution to my order due to the poor level of customer service provided.

I would certainly not deal with this company again!

AVOID THIS COMPANY
I placed an order with them at the beginning of October, the website showed they currently had stock (and still does). They called me to say they were out of stock and offered an alternative product, I declined as it wasn’t suitable for my project and we agreed on a full refund. Two weeks later nothing, no reply to any of my emails either. I filed a case with PayPal, still no response from them. A full month on from placing the order PayPal refunded me and still no response from this bunch of scammers. HOW CAN A COMPANY RUN LIKE THIS?
Whilst I appreciate the current situation worldwide and the availability of products is difficult, there is no excuse for poor customer service. Surely emails can be replied to even if staff are working remotely???? PayPal - 5 stars, Build Plumb Plastics Limited - NIL

We have ordered twice from you. The first time only half the order arrived due to the delivery company, completely delayed our project meaning we had to source one of the products elsewhere. Thinking it was just a one off we decided to give your company the benefit of the doubt and place a second order for another project. Yet again only half the delivery turned up. After several weeks of no delivery and our tradesmen getting incredibly frustrated and angry at me! We had no choice but to cancel our remaining undelivered order and go elsewhere, which cost us another huge delivery charge and a higher price per product. I appreciate that because our order was less than the free delivery we would still of have to pay a delivery charge had we ordered the first half, BUT had we known that yet again we would be messed around we would have gone straight to the other company who delivered in two days, we would have had free delivery for the entire order! Whilst I appreciate the fault lays with the delivery company who clearly couldn’t organise a party in a brewery pre Covid (first order) let alone during (2nd order) our ‘contract’ is with you. Why on earth do you use a delivery company that seems to fail time and time again? You only have to look at pre covid reviews to see they are a tad useless so we cannot just blame a pandemic that other delivery companies have sailed through.

We are now £25.00 out of pocket regarding the delivery charge! Not to mention the whole heap of stress it has caused me with endless phone calls and grumpy tradesmen for such a simple project!

Not having much luck with my order. The COVID issue hasn’t affected the delivery of any orders for building materials that I’ve made from anywhere, except this company. They took my money straight away but then used COVID as an excuse not to deliver. 3 weeks later I emailed saying I was unhappy that they had taken the payment even though it seems they had no intention of dispatching my items due to COVID. Their website was misleading, as at the time of placing my order it indicated that deliveries would still be happening. Had it been honest, and stated that they were not currently delivering, I would not have placed the order.
Not a happy customer, no refund as yet, and no items or delivery date offered.
