Very disappointing experience with Plantshop ME. The pots I received were different in shape and design from what was shown on their website and looked much cheaper than advertised.

When I asked to return them, they refused, even though products that don’t match the advertised description should be returnable under UAE consumer protection law. After contacting them via WhatsApp and email, they simply stopped responding. Never again.

I like this shop. I have ordered here several times. Plants arrive in good quality, delivered carefully, I wish prices would be a bit less, and they keep expanding their assortment. Their internet site could also be upgraded to include more convenient search and filters, shopping cart not to be emptied if you are inactive for a couple hours. But plants are good - I’m happy and thankful!

Only a few days after ordering the plants arrived. Happy to have healthy plants at home.

Plant never came

The plant started dying the day it was delivered. I think it was planted just before delivery and hadn’t yet caught. No matter what we did it did not help and the plant died a few weeks later. The shop wasn’t helpful with any suggestions, they just offered that we pay them to come take care of our plants regularly.
