Trees shed leaves within 7 days. Un-professional Installation

Ordered 2x Olive Trees, and 1x Plumeria. Leaves fell off within 7 days.

They delivered the products and potted them. They left the Plumeria in an exposed area without installing a wooden support (even though they brought one with them but didn't install it), and over watered the plant so most of the leaves fell and the rest went yellow within 7 days.

They also left soil all over the terrace, and a trail of soil inside the apartment which has to be cleaned separately. Again they brought a brush up, but one of them said not to use it.

They don't do anything to resolve stating that they delivered it in ok condition.

Amazing store for a wide variety of…

Amazing store for a wide variety of healthy plants… I always order from plantstudio because they always have what I need - hard to find healthy plants. I still have some that I’ve ordered several years ago and the plants are still thriving!

They are clear with their offerings, provides good customer service and delivers on time.

Plant Studio UAE,

Plant Studio UAE is absolutely amazing! I ordered a few plants for our office and they all arrived in perfect condition fresh, healthy, and beautifully arranged. The team is very friendly and professional, and they even gave me great tips on how to take care of each plant. You can really feel their passion for what they do. Highly recommended!

Reputable business with wide array of…

Reputable business with wide array of indoor and outdoor plants. I bought a small aglaonema plant from them and it is still thriving up to now... If you are on a hunt for rare finds you will surely find it at plantstudios..

Plant Studio has quickly become one of my favorite places—there’s something truly calming and joyful about being surrounded by so much greenery. The selection of plants is beautiful and well takenncared for.

Best plant shop/store in Dubai 💯

Extremely poor quality and high price. Do not buy from them!

I am disappointed to have received 2 pots of miserable plants out of 3. They are looking far different from the photo on the website. I ordered 3 hoyas. 1 pots are with spider web around the leaves and the soil with lots of white stuff n looks like pest with lots of flying bugs. The another 2 looks like they have been chopped off. Not to mention about the relatively high price which I paid AED330 for 3 small miserable plants. They could have at least repot it to a fresh soil and clean the leaves before to deliver it. It definitely shows that they have no passion at what they are doing and it is just for money. Unbelievable!

Poor customer service and a large plant that was only 25cm tall

Ordered a large plant with a terracotta pot and saucer for over 200 dirhams. What I got was a brown pot and an orange saucer. The pot was about a third of the size of the picture and instead of a 1m high plant I got a baby 25cm high plant with no branches. Poor customer service when I complained that blamed me and said that plants and pots can be different to the pictures and descriptions.

To clarify a few points: the Large Pilea's size range is 25-45cm tall as stated on our website, and we understand this may have differed from your expectations. Even the photos posted does not look like a one meter plant. We also want to note that saucers are not included with the terracotta which is mentioned in the product description and we have informed you about it. We also mentioned that we are giving a free saucer to you but a different color as the terracotta didnt come to us with a saucer so we dont have the same color. This was informed before delivery. We have also refunded 50 AED as a good gesture and you were happy about it.

Amazing plants, poor packaging,unethical customer service

Amazing plants, poor packaging,unethical customer (and deleting the conversation) service on whats up.Will not buy from them again.
I have 40 well looked after indoor plants i know in and out of plants.Twice unethical behaviour both in Feb/march 2023

We take great care with our packaging standards, and for certain delicate plants, we intentionally use minimal packaging to prevent damage during transport – something we've found works best for sensitive varieties. We have photos confirming that a healthy plant was delivered to you in excellent condition.
Regarding communication, we don't delete WhatsApp conversations and regret any misunderstanding that may have occurred.

Do not waste money on this website

I was misled by the clean website and images. I am all to support individual businesses and people working from home, as long as they can provide the services, you are being charged for. Unfortunately this was not the case.
One of the plants was too fragile to be transferred to new environment, stem was damage during transport and within less than a week it lost it leaves. I contacted support on the delivery day, they mentioned they have another one to replace but that was it, no more responses on my WhatsApp messages.
2nd plant had gnats flying out on the 3rd day.
3rd plant was just single Hoya sweetheart leave but came in oversized ceramic pot. Threw the aesthetic out the window.
4th plant, came in nursery packaging, meaning they just bought it from another nursery before delivery to me.
Just save yourself the trouble and visit Garden centre or nursery instead. At least you see what you are buying.

Horrible customer service

The plants are not bad but the customer service is horrible . They never answer the phone calls and the person on watsup answer after few days if you ask him or her a question . They made me pay 80 aed repotting even thought i wanted to return the order cause i didint like it and they didint do repot . They said its a 3rd party who brought it and i have to pay him delivery and repot.
I payed and i choose a new pot . When they brought the new one they wanted to charge me again ( 80 aed ) for soil and repoting that i already payed first time + they brought a broken pot . I asked them to fix it or replace it . They did return it and after one day they brought another pot but wrong color . When i was complainig about them loosing my time every time bringing wrong item or broken . They didint even apologize they just told me that they dont have them anymore . Very bad management and intern communication and customer service is horrible

• Our website clearly states that repotting is not included with the Corner Bundle – nursery pots are placed inside decorative pots as standard
• Our exchange policy covers damaged items only, as we ensure all products are in excellent condition before delivery. When you requested to change the pot because you didn't like it (not due to damage), repotting became an additional service at 80 AED for the labor. Soil is charged as an extra item when the decorative pot is bigger than the nursery pot
• The pot color delivered was the one you selected when ordering. We understand preferences can change, but this wasn't an error on our part
• We strive to respond to all WhatsApp messages promptly. During busy periods, responses may take slightly longer, but we always aim to address every customer inquiry
We genuinely work hard to provide quality plants and clear communication. We're sorry this experience didn't meet your expectations.
