Its the only meal kit I go back to time and time again. The ingredients are top notch, the recipes delicious and interesting and the whole user journey process from purchase to delivery is easy. I feel like I'm investing in my health when I get these meals and I know for the week I have them I can have a little more space in my brain and time at home because I don't have to think about what to cook.. marvellous :)!

Fantastic variety every week, really flavoursome and interesting meals, easy to prepare and cook. A lot of the ingredients that come are organic eg all tinned goods. Good value for money.

Really delicious food made with no preservatives or nasties.

Easy, healthy and delicious, these meal kits have been a godsend for us. We've saved loads of time not having to meal plan and grocery shop so muchc especially with a toddler and baby on the way. Obviously you can't get great quality, easy, healthy AND cheap so our only issue is that this costs a little more than cooking from scratch. But in terms of convenience and the peace of mind (and body) that comes knowing we're getting great protein and fibre intake is worth it.

Surprisingly tasty meals that are fresh and healthy. Signed up last month, 3 meals every other week. First 3 meals fab, cancelled the next delivery as away on holiday, no issue at all. Just had the first of three meals, this week, this eve and we both really enjoyed it again. I'm pescatarian, husband a meat eater, both needed some inspiration regarding meals that we can enjoy together, rather than eating seperate meals and this has been great. If you're not vegetarian or vegan, be open minded and give it a go, they have obviously spent a lot of time ensuring that each meal is really flavourful, high protein and high fibre too 👍 I'm looking forward to our evening meals again 😋

This company has completely changed my life, I’m a single mum doing everything single handed and after major surgery two years ago I’ve been lazy with cooking my own meals. Not only are the recipes delicious but the ingredients are 10/10. Thank you! I now look forward to eating again

I wasn’t sure what to expect from this company, having tried quite few subscription boxes but I’m pleasantly surprised. The food is excellent. It feels like a treat on the nights we eat it. Restaurant standard. So delicious and plentiful. Where there have been any technical issues, I’ve emailed customer services and they respond promptly and are very polite. It’s been a refreshing experience. They really do value their customers. Highly recommend.

Planthood has completely changed my life! My daughter is veggie and my husband is dairy free so I was cooking 2 meals most evenings - it was getting to be a real chore. I tried planthood to just help take the pressure off and now I don’t know how I lived without it! Every meal we have tried has been absolutely delicious and it has minimised our food waste. The recipes are quick and easy to follow - my 12 year old son now makes dinner when we are having a Planthood dinner! It’s been an absolute game changer. We started on a 3 meal subscription but we are increasingly adding a 4th meal. I don’t think I could ever go back to not having Planthood now. Thank you, Planthood!!

Many of their menu's are great, i had one where i got sick. But the worst part is the delivery system (the website).

If you set the subscription to paused until xxxxxxx, make sure you check every cutoff day as there is a bug in the system which will process orders anyway.

Not sure why such a great company can't invest in a good IT System!

The recipe instructions are very clear.
Fabulous price for fabulous food, top restaurant quality.
I'm not vegetarian but these meals are so tasty I don't miss meat at all.

And the portions are brilliant

I really look forward to the delivery of our Planthood meals. Not only are they very tasty and easy to make, they also give us ideas for healthy eating that are helping us to establish better food habits. I’d highly recommend trying Planthood!

Poor experience. Food looks nice but you can't eat it if it doesn't turn up! Or doesn't turn up within the refrigeration period and the company fails to answer reasonable queries about what could or could not be eaten. Food failed to arrive for 2 days (scheduled day or next day). Company failed to address reasonable queries raised via "Contact us", simply offering a small partial refund on day 1 without answering questions, then full refund upon request after 2nd day. They failed to answer either message, which contained reasonable questions (such as whether some of the food could still be eaten). Nor was there any apology. I can forgive 1 failed delivery as a potential one-off but not a lack of respect for customer concerns. They might have earned £1000s from me over the year just by engaging in reasonable customer service, but they won't do now.

Really impressed with Planthood. The quality of the ingredients is high, they are quick to make and delicious.

I am not a veggie but I wanted to put more plantlife into my diet. As an 80 year old meals can become boring and the same. Having Planthood not only makes meals more interesting but I know its doing me good. I only take it every 4 weeks but I look forward to the tasty meals

We ordered Planthood hoping for inspiration with vegetarian dishes - all I can say is wow!! We have loved all the variety and complexity of flavour we have experienced.

Really considering cancelling. Reasons: (1) most of the meals are good, but sometimes the veg is past its best; (2) ice packs melt leaving the bags soggy; (3) the label is on the side of the box, so the courier leaves the box on its side and it can damage ingredients; (4) they ignore suggestions to fix issues such as above; (5) sometimes you have to fight for a discount when they’re in the wrong; (6) last week’s box was a day late; (7) this week’s box had a meal missing and the refund was incorrect; (8) it’s expensive.
Would continue if the service was as good as the meal quality. Convinced they’re overstretched or ownership is about to change.

We are meat eaters so weren’t sure we’d enjoy these. Gave it a go as I wanted to be healthier, cleaner in the food I ate and started with 5 days of meals for myself and my husband, who’s a NPD chef for retailers. I wanted to have a lovely clean label spicy food and save him the trouble of making from scratch every day.

I’m really enjoying most of the dishes, and haven’t missed the meat but he’s not so keen. So now I’m on 3 days of meals but as the only person eating them it’s 6 meals and some fresh ingredients aren’t always lasting well till the end. Could you do 2 meals as an option?

I’m opting for once a month presently as I’ve tried some recipes and ingredients that I wouldn’t know to ask my husband to cook, so I’m enjoying the options and most of the flavours. I was most disappointed with the kimchi pancakes ( stoggy, bland) and most impressed with the tempeh ( a revelation) as an ingredient I’ve never tried. Mushrooms on skewers was also a surprising favourite ! I would like to keep dipping into your meals but the minimum of 6 servings an order is the biggest issue for me.
