The boys at planet auto did it again. Great service and an amazing job done on the plates for my new mazda 6e. Custom hulk green and black gel plates they look the business 👌 👏 😍 check out their Instagram story to see the plates as I cant post the picture here.
Just bought a new car and went into the guys in planetauto for some cleaning products. Wow what can I say, the amount of options I was givin was fantastic and the lads know exactly what they are talking about. I left with plenty of high quality products and also a free air freshener.. Will 100% be back to these guys
I called planet auto to enquire about a product availability. The man who answered was very rude from the start, not even saying Hi....he then went off on a ramble and lectured me plainly saying I am incompetent, assuming I am not knowledgeable. I am baffled how they stay in business with such poor customer service

Hi Sergio, thank you for your feedback, we take our customer experience very seriously, to put a little context to your review, we were very busy in our physical store when you called to enquire about dpf cleaner, the person on the phone was covering for one of our full time staff and offered you the best advice he could about the products available in our store to clean your dpf, I replied to you immediately via email when you highlighted your dissatisfaction with the interaction and offered you a discount code as an apology, We strive to offer our customers the best experience & unfortunately we let you down on this occasion, we are a small business and try our best to accommodate, apologies
Bought 2 sets of pink gel 3D plates. Unreal plates was made and shipped the same day and delivered next day.
