Advised by Natalia (planet talk agent) to install the App on my mobile for future use. Natalia was so patient, friendly and knowledgeable when she explained this and the whole process was quick and easy. So, anyone who needs to convert to the App it's not as bad as you think! I already liked this very low cost calling app,but today when I had a question, I called the free access number, and was immediately helped by a young man called Brandon, who provided time and understanding to resolve my question. He also helped me transfer credit from my UK to my Thai phone, and what;s more gave me bonus credit to do so. If I could give 10 stars I would.

I have been with Planet Talk for over 18 years. In this time their customer service has remained second to non. I have not had many issues over this time but whenever I have had to make contact their response is swift. Their communication language is excellent and does make me feel valued. Something a lot of companies are missing in these current times. Thank you Planet Talk for caring about your service and me.

Having initially had a lot of problems an agent took ownership of my issue yesterday and got the technical team to resolve it. She also called back to check with me. I have reassessed and changed my score as they resolved my long outstanding issue - I managed to use the service this time and the quality of the call was very clear and the rates were competive - thanks

Very very poor network, it kept cutting off every first second of the call !!

I've been using them for years and it was OK they always charged more than the offered rate but ok still cheaper than my mobile provider. Stopped using them as the topping up process was made more difficult. Managed to get around it but now just keep telling me that the number format is wrong or I have to give them permission to record the call . If you don't like disappointment AVOID their service!

I can't understand why there are so many complaints?
I have done tel. top-ups since I joined years ago, they may not be as slick as on-line ones but they are infrequent and significantly safer than paying by mob. Able to register two landlines (own and wife) and two mobile ones (own and wife), mob access on 0800 is free on my mob - what more could you ask for?
I do think these reviews are rather missleading and not fair to this company.

I used them for many years ( phone app), no problems at all and very happy, but now it’s impossible to top up my account and you can’t download the app anymore from Apple store... do they still exist?

Very poor customer services. Been using them for years but after they took double the amount from my bank account I’ve looked elsewhere and found a cheaper service. Took weeks to get my money back and lots of emails and phone calls.

Management of Planet Talk Account service is decidedly lacking in all regards, horrible company keep away from this app very poor customer service and poor connection.
Planet Talk Account service is difficult to use. Requested for call history which is £5 a month customer service said will get in 5 working day, After calling every single day no call history obtain, 20 days passed no response, this company is fraudulent rude customer service. I will advice my family and friend not to use this company again.

Planet Talk Account service is difficult to use. Online Account access was withdrawn several years ago, as has the online top-up facility. Worse still the expectation of the service offering is that you remember the rates that you are paying at anyone time in order to compare what's currently available. The currently available rates are available either online or by dialing in. In terms of account management this is a woefully inadequate service offering. At the very least if cheaper rates are available they should automatically apply.

Fraudsters. Saying they are a bad company is understatement. I have asked my bank to retrieve my money.

Planet talk is a very dishonest company and they are full of stories. Bought £50 credit and they never topped up my credit. what I got from them are excuses.
I would advise people to stay away from this company. Rip off.

Not sure why there are some many bad reviews for this company. I managed to top up by £5.00 and also planet talk gave me £1.50 free. I have made calls to india, canada and America successfully . The credit remains on account for 6 months. Up topped up in November so should expire this month. Calls to america and Canada were crystal clear. India calls to mobiles were clearer than land line . I am happy with the service better that buying the calling cards I used go buy .

Tried to top up my account , unable to do phoned customer services who admitted there was a problem there end.
Still awaiting a call back after 4 days
