A Warning to Potential Franchisees
I strongly advise anyone considering investing in this franchise to do their research first. My experience was extremely disappointing, involving significant financial commitments without what I consider proper business planning, transparent management, or adequate contractual protection.
The financial risks were largely pushed onto franchisees, while decision-making remained out of their hands. Multiple franchisees have experienced similar problems, disputes and financial losses.
If the business owner responds to this review, please understand that their response does not necessarily reflect the reality of what franchisees have experienced. With the exception of one branch, similar complaints have emerged across the other franchise locations. This is hardly a secret.
Speak directly to former franchisees and seek independent legal advice before investing. I wish I had done so.

Prospective franchisees were encouraged to invest significant amounts of money despite there being, in my view, no clear business plan, no proper franchise structure, and no formal written agreement that provided adequate protection for investors.Franchisees carried substantial financial risk while having little influence over important decisions. I witnessed serious disputes and financial losses affecting multiple franchisees.Before investing, I strongly recommend speaking with former franchisees and obtaining independent legal and financial advice. Had I known then what I know now, I would not have invested.

We acknowledge your previous involvement with Pizza Triangle. However, we strongly disagree with several statements made in your review, particularly those concerning our franchise structure, contractual arrangements and the level of control exercised by franchisees.
For clarity, your franchise relationship was governed by a formal written franchise agreement, which you signed.
Your business independently funded its premises, entered into a commercial lease under its own company name, and you personally managed the renovation and shop fit-out process. These were significant commercial decisions made by you and your partners.
Throughout the relationship, Pizza Triangle provided considerable financial and operational support, including supplying goods on extended payment terms, deferring outstanding payments and granting substantial reductions against amounts owed to help the business through challenging periods.
When you and your partners subsequently considered selling the business, we recommended continuing operations rather than accepting the lower offer available at the time. We also discussed alternatives intended to achieve a better financial outcome. However, you ultimately decided to proceed with the sale, and we respected your decision.
We believe these facts provide important context that is missing from your review, particularly regarding the commercial decisions made by your business and the support provided by Pizza Triangle.
We recognise that business investments carry risks and that commercial relationships do not always develop as expected. Nevertheless, we remain committed to supporting our franchise partners and continuously improving our franchise operations.
We encourage prospective franchisees to undertake thorough due diligence, seek independent professional advice and speak with both current and former franchise partners before making an investment decision.
We respect your right to share your experience, but believe any outstanding commercial or contractual disagreements are best addressed through the appropriate professional and legal channels.

If I had a chance of giving more stars, I would give 10 stars. What an amazing pizza! I feel like I’m in the center of Napoli when I had my pizza in any branch of Pizza triangle. Not just because of fantastic taste, ambience as well. Every single branch I’ve been numerous time, repeatedly delivered same quality and taste proven by experience. I can’t count how many times I’ve been in pizza triangle restaurants since 2022.
Very well managed pizza restaurant chain based on my experience. Staff are well trained and very professional. I was surprised when I saw an Italian chef training the staff.
I can’t put everything in words but I’d definitely recommend Pizza Triangle for those who want to experience authentic Italian pizza without going Italy.

Year 6 Leavers School event
During a recent school event, we ordered fourteen pizzas and two chicken dishes to be delivered at a very specific time, and not only did Triangle provide an excellent service, they also made sure that we received the food at the time requested and they tasted incredible as usual. This is the third time we have gone to Triangle and each and every time they have been courteous and have always gone above and beyond to accommodate all our requirements. A very special thanks to Hydyr and his amazing team. We will most definitely be using them again at our next school event.

As one of the owners of the very first Pizza Triangle store, I believe I have one of the longest relationships with the Pizza Triangle brand and team.
When we first joined Pizza Triangle, we came from a completely different background and had no experience in the pizza industry. Naturally, we had concerns about whether we were making the right decision and whether we would be able to successfully operate the business.
From day one, we received guidance, support and encouragement from the Pizza Triangle team. We knew there would be challenges, as there are with any business, but having experienced people to turn to made a huge difference, especially in the early years.
One thing I have always appreciated is that the business never stands still. Over the years, I have seen continuous improvements in the menu, product quality, technology, marketing and operational systems. It is clear that the company is always looking for ways to improve and move forward.
I have been surprised to read some of the reviews referring to overpriced supplies or overcharging. Personally, that has never been my experience. Whenever there have been price increases due to inflation or market conditions, the reasons have always been communicated openly and applied consistently across the network.
Like every business, we have experienced challenges and quieter periods. However, those are often the times when the support of a franchisor matters most. Throughout our time with Pizza Triangle, we have felt supported, listened to and treated fairly. We have also seen the company take practical steps to help stores through difficult trading conditions, including periods where royalty fees were waived across the network.
I cannot comment on the experiences of others, but I can speak honestly about my own. After many years with Pizza Triangle, I remain grateful for the support we have received and optimistic about the future of the brand.
For us, joining Pizza Triangle was the right decision, and we look forward to many more successful years ahead.

As a long-standing Pizza Triangle franchisee, I wanted to share my own experience.
I have been operating my Pizza Triangle store for years and have always found the company supportive, approachable, and committed to continuous improvement. Like any growing business, there have been challenges along the way, but whenever issues arose, I found the team willing to listen, provide guidance, and work towards solutions.
One of the reasons I continue to work with Pizza Triangle is that the brand never stands still. The menu, technology, marketing, customer experience, and operational systems are constantly evolving and improving. This gives us confidence that the business is moving in the right direction.
I have seen some negative reviews from former operators. While I cannot comment on their individual circumstances, I can say that my own experience has been very different. Running any business requires commitment, hard work, and good decision-making, and every location faces its own unique challenges.
It is also worth noting that some former Pizza Triangle stores have not closed but have continued trading under different names after leaving the network.
For me, the most important thing is my own experience as a franchisee. After several years of operating my store, I remain happy with the relationship, proud to be part of the brand, and excited about the future.

Franchisees beware

We were one of their former branches/franchisees. The franchise owner is not honest at all. He deceives people. His way of working is not ethical. When we left his company because we suffered major losses, he wrote emails to our customers which caused damages to our business, clearly was trying to harm us and acted in ways that were inhumane. Even though we represented his brand for a long time, he behaved very hostilely. I strongly advise you to stay away from working with this man and his business. Unfortunately, I have sadly learned that many others have also been victimized after us. I decided to write this review so that he does not deceive more people.
