Damaged, poorly packaged, and unresponsive customer service
I purchased a large piece of art. It came with the corners damaged, it was moldy, the frame was warped, and there was a sticky substance all over it. The website lists a refund policy as well as a guarantee. I contacted pixoram within 30 minutes of receiving the piece and they would not honor their guarantee or refund policy. Then they went radio silent and would not help me figure out a solution to my damaged piece that cost $228
