What really impressed me was how they handled my warranty claim. My chain unfortunately broke, but since they offer a 2-year warranty, I reached out to their customer service. They replied super fast and the whole replacement process was completely seamless and hassle-free. I also noticed they’ve upgraded the pendant with a thicker, improved plating, which is a great bonus.

I purchased my Pixie Wing Ring Keeper a year or 2 ago and I love it. I have even had several patients comment on how clever it is when they see my rings on it. The necklace is pretty enough that I usually wear it even on days I am not in surgery. I recently caught it on something and broke the extender (my necklace was the older, silver version so not as strong as the current steel) - I wanted make sure to replace the extender with a quality one so I reached out to customer service. Rog was very quick to reply and resolved my issue at a level well above my expectations.
