I've been using Pitchground for a while…

I've been using Pitchground for a while now and I have to say, it's one of the best Saas deals out there. It's really easy to use and the customer service is fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable way to get their business online.

The support team of PitchGround is completely useless.
After trying to contact your support team many times and not getting a response, I'm wondering how I can resolve the issue. Can you please help me out?

It is the trust that was, but not anymore!
I bought lots of deals (30 so far) from PitchGround. How many are still there?
In short - PG is Poor Grade!
PG - A platform with "D-" grades in customer satisfaction!

PitchGround Pure Scams. 0 Refund If Marketed LTD Shutdowns without notice!

Update: So you guys know I have saved thousands of penny? From your junk app? What you have been monitoring my bank and financial reports to create that statement? Oh, yea you have been a great help. With crappy apps which you list helped me a lot. You advertise bad apps and scam apps. You get proper reviews on those. You need to build up your brain to accept them instead of telling your customer some nonsense statement "Saved thousands of penny". Your app team knows better than you how actively I used them.

Most LTD's on PitchGround runs by scammers. I had fronter.io and rethink ltd's from them. Guess what? They are both gone. Now I have seotesteronline and socialchamp. Wonder when they will vanish too. I left Pitchground and stopped taking any of their stupid marketed apps. Because they will neither refund you nor get you access back to the purchased app. #PitchgroundScams

We are a marketplace, and don't operate any of these companies.

We do aware users that buying a early-stage products comes as it's own risk. Hence, you buy them for a one time pricing.

We have 60-days of no-questions asked automated refund policy. If any purchase doesn't build your confidence within 60 days, you can opt for a refund by just pressing the refund button.

You should be aware of those risks.

No one can guarantee that a startup will be there forever, and it's a false expectation to have that a startup can be around forever which is beyond a marketplace's control after several years of listing.

The products that you still own which you have mentioned have saved you thousands of dollars annually. you have used these products for many years now have gotten 10x the value out of them for a single price.

Keep enjoying using SEOTesterOnline and SocialChamp which has saved you several thousands of dollar per year which is above 10x the value you have paid.
