Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify the situation regarding your order. Both packages were prepared and collected by the courier on the same day for next-day delivery. While one package arrived as expected, the second was delayed.
As discussed, we have contacted the courier to resolve this and ensure your remaining package is delivered. At no point did we advise the item was coming from anywhere else, it has been with the courier throughout. We also asked what further steps you would like us to take while awaiting delivery confirmation.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any additional information or assistance. We greatly appreciate your patience and understanding.
Thank you again,

Really happy with our new shelves
Really happy with our new shelves. The quality appears great, the colour and finish were also great and the delivery was smooth and quick.
Our carpenter who fitted the shelves as part of a arch cabinet build commented on the quality and thickness of the wood.

Oak Handrail and Stainless Fittings
An excellent product let down by poor transport from FedEx sending conflicting emails about delivery info. Regarding the product it would be helpful if a pilot hole could be drilled as standard in the ends of the rails to help with centralising the plastic caps. Also the screws fixing the brackets to the handrail could have a smaller head and all screws could be stainless steel. This review might seem critical and is meant for you to consider, but overall I'm very pleased with the quality of the product.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you’re pleased with the quality of your handrail.
We sincerely apologize for the delivery issues with FedEx and understand how frustrating conflicting emails can be. Your suggestions regarding pilot holes, screw heads, and using all stainless steel screws are very helpful, and we’ll certainly consider them for future improvements. We truly appreciate your thoughtful input and kind words despite the transport hiccup.

Extremely pleased with our handrail
Extremely pleased with our handrail. Arrived within a couple of days and was packaged well. Chose to have the oil finish which I would recommend - it enhances the wood and saves the bother of varnishing yourself. Good quality item which enhances our hallway. 5 stars all the way.

Defective items but company refused to help
I bought some shelf brackets that came damaged, with the powder coating peeling. I tried contacting the company multiple times to ask for a refund but all my communications were ignored. Eventually, I had to request help from my credit card company, who arranged a refund for me. I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1 star, to try to be fair to the company. The shelf brackets were solidly made and accurate to the advertised measurements, albeit the finish was a little rough. The range of products seems interesting so I might potentially have purchased other items. However, I don't have confidence in the company to deal with any issues that arise.

Really good product with quick delivery. However I ordered an oak stair rail with copper fixings. Baffled and slightly annoyed that they sent it with silver screws. Sometimes it’s attention to detail that counts.
