Several successful orders over the years. Always really pleased with the quality of the shelves and love the 'medium oak' colour in particular. Also great to be able to request custom lengths from them very easily. Highly recommended.

Just ordered and fitted a quality brushed stainless steel stair rail from Pipe dream furniture.
The rail came supplied with all the necessary fixings to complete the job and from the time of ordering, manufacturing and third party delivery, it only took one week which was not bad at all.

Really easy to order online - Queries about delivery followed up quickly - Shelf (2.8m) was well packaged and delivered on the service requested. Would recommend 👍

Product (shelves and brackets) are of an excellent quality.
They were also very securely protected and packaged.

The service I received from the company was fine. The problem occurred with delivery when the delivery company delivered my goods to the wrong address and I had to collect a large item from someone else's garden.
I explained this to the company and their comment was that there was nothing they could do as it was delivered by a third party.
I would suggest they get a new delivery company as this will stop me from ordering anything else from them if they cannot guarantee safe delivery.

First time using this company and will definitely use again, ordered a oak self and it came the day after,I also emailed them and they were quick to respond and help me with my enquirys.

I have to say after reading some reviews I was nervous as to how good pipedreams were, I can only say that my experience was a really positive one and I cant praise them enough, my emails were answered by a lady named Oliwia who couldnt have been more helpful. The quality of my live edge shelving board looks amazing. Thanks again Pipedreams

After seeing these reviews I'm honestly nervous that I'm not even going to receive the item or if it'll even ship anytime soon, I purchased 2-3 day delivery and it's already been 6 days and it still hasn't been shipped, sent an email asking when it will be shipped but I'm not holding any hope of a response.

We have had a great experience with the staff on the phone and email. Very helpful and we’re happy to explain anything to us when we asked. We’re in love with our new coffee bar! A dream come true so thank you! Nearly finished just need to paint over some holes

Pipe dream did a fantastic job designing my ideal spice rack. It was perfect. I changed my mind a couple of days after I placed the order and they was very accommodating changing this to the new design. Excellent service 👏 delivered promptly. Very high quality. Great experience from ordering to delivering.

Really happy with the shelves I have ordered, placed 3 orders in 2 weeks after moving into a New Build and the range of options has helped make a blank space feel much more homely. Pricing is reasonable, delivery has been fast and Beth in customer service was quick to respond to a query.

I'm giving this company a 1 star review. The "live edge" looks like it's been done with an electric planer. I had to take a day off work also because the piece of wood I ordered required a signature. Ludicrous. Made my purchase very expensive.

Constant delays on delivery, even after speaking numerous times to their office. When the item finally arrived, it was shipped in pieces with no instructions.
When I contacted the customer services to give them an opportunity to rectify some of those mistakes. They basically took no accountability. Run. Don’t walk. This company has no concept of customer service.

Second time ordering from PipeDream and I’m yet to find another company that sell the type of high quality products that they do. Orders typically take a week or so to arrive but considering what they offer this is completely fair.

I also ordered an incorrect item and I had the pleasure of Angel - that dealt with my problem - come to the rescue. She detailed what I needed to do to return the item and arranged to have an exchange sent out which arrived within 3 working days and also issued a partial refund for the difference.

Excellent products, fair prices and delivery and excellent customer service.

The reclaimed scaffold board shelves are really top quality.
Added to that, the customer service is also top quality. It’s refreshing to come across such a nice company.

I asked for two bespoke picture frames to match shelving and console table already purchased from Pipe Dream Furniture - communication was excellent and the frames exactly as we wanted - they match our other pieces perfectly and are a unique way to display special photographs in our home - thank you

I have ordered a Funky wall mounted bookcase and as per the email confirmation the ordered should have arrived between 2 - 3 days. 3 days went by and I called the delivery company to ask about the product because it was meant to be a gift. To my surprise they said that the product didn't arrive in their depot and that will probably take another 2- 3 days. In the end the delivery arrived one week later. When I contacted the company to ask for a return form, because that is their policy, they need to be contacted for a return, they never replied. Another thing that I find odd is that before placing this order I enquired them about a product that I wanted made personalised and they said that item was no longer available, but you could still place orders online. I am afraid this is not a trustful supplier, please be careful.

Take this more as a warning, you don't want to be purchasing from this company....not only are the products very poorly made if something goes wrong they are a disgrace to their customers. Disgusting customer service and atrocious communication. I ordered a brd frame , they don't deliver in the time frame stated , took nearly a month. There is no tracking Information with fedex as suggested. Bed arrived when I was away, they dumped it with my pile of rubbish outside covered in a thin piece of bubble wrap. Upon arriving home the item was really badly made and damaged....I contacted the company and they say 'it's not our problem' ....I wrote several letters asking to resolve this and was ignored, final letter before small claims court was ignored too. Finally started proceedings but they refunded a week later. pipedream furniture actually use a different company to take payment which is also something to bare in mi d should you need a charge back. My case was also investigated by trading standard who helped us with evidence of breaches, pipedream furniture is on their list too now. So don't ignore the negative comments, there is truth behind it.
