customer service and quality
when i experienced something wrong with shipping, they responded quickly with great customer service and assured id get my package. When it did come the quality was great. id buy a cover from them again in the future.

Pleasantly surprised
I was a little skeptical when no one was available to answer and I left a message for a call back. Very pleasantly surprised how quickly I received the call. My question was answered immediately. The guy I spoke with was to the point and very helpful.
