What can I say other than they always do an awesome job cleaning my Vrbo and Airbnb properties from top to bottom. It doesn’t just smell clean when they finish, it is clean. Whatever they use it doesn’t smell like perfumy if that’s a word. It smells naturally clean. I’ve been using Pinnacle Host Services for almost 6 years and plan to use them for another 6 years. One thing I love is they always make room on their schedule for us if we need a last minute clean. Their deep cleans are underpriced for what they do. My last deep cleans was 6 months ago and they did a superb job. Can’t say enough about them. Professional. Always on time. And I trust them. They’re insured and their crews get random background checks to protect your properties and of course to protect them. If you want the number 1 Airbnb cleaning company choose Pinnacle Host Services. And yes I give them 5 Stars because my guest have given me 5 Stars for having such clean properties. The lowest score I ever had was 4.8 but it was because of noise issues from my neighbors. Love these people. They have never disappointed us yet. We have three 2 bedroom Airbnb's and we use them to clean all of them. They dust, clean appliances and countertops, thorough bathroom cleaning, windows and window sills, baseboards, under beds. Everything. We had a 2 bedroom that was trashed and they sent over a 3 person crew that knocked it out in 2 hours when it would have taken at least 3.5 hours considering how bad it was. If there was a Michelin star rating for cleaning services companies they'd be rated 5 stars Airbnb Cleaning Services business. Also we didn't have any extra linen and they were willing to send a crew member to the shop to get some to finish the job, free. Free meaning they didn't charge me for the linens not the cleaning. Lol. They need to do property management of Airbnb properties because I'd definitely be their first customer to manage my properties. Great job Pinnacle Host Services. These people treat your properties as if they were their own and their lives depended on it being perfectly flawless.
