Founded by a mother-and-daughter team with more than 25 years of combined experience in property management, real estate, construction, and investment consulting, our company was built on a simple belief...property management should be personal. As seasoned real estate professionals and consultants, we understand that every property represents a significant investment and every owner has unique goals. That's why we've intentionally chosen a different path than many larger firms. Rather than focusing on rapid growth and adding as many properties as possible, we maintain a carefully selected portfolio that allows us to remain hands-on, responsive, and personally invested in every property we manage. Above and beyond expectations

Working with Christen and McKenna has been great! They are very attentive and their attention to detail is spot on! Would highly recommend them for your property management needs and I look forward to working with them again and again!

Great company, fast response

The staff at Foundry and Brick have been amazing to work with. I brought my property over to them, and was expecting a recording or some type of automated message. Its nice to speak to a human being for once. Not only were they responsive, but I started getting inquiries on my property the day after I signed my agreement with them. I will definitely bring any other properties to them in the future.
