Wrong colour sent and no answers
I purchased 6 pale pink chair covers from Pinky shop. When they arrived the colour was a horrible lilac colour.I contacted them to explain and ask for an exchange for another colour and was told the colour may be different than what is shown in the pictures.Despite many attempts for a reply I've heard nothing.Avoid this company. Just awful customer service. I'm so angry.

Ordered two items on 3 January 2022 and received one on 19th January - Still not received second item 13th February 2022!!! The phone number is useless. Their reply via the contact e-mails is nonsense - tell you the product is on the way but the tracking number does not exist. Will NEVER use this company again.
Good product & service.
After reading the reviews I thought I'd made a huge mistake ordering a ser of 8 Japanese Knives. The first email I send went unanswered, however after emailing a 2nd time, I was pleasantly surprised with a prompt response. There after updates on the order tracking as well as the Royal Mail link.
Quality of product is very good & extremely sharp, the set I received is well finished. Those that say their knives are rusting need to read the care instructions on the product as well as reading the T's & C's on the delivery process and length delivery may take. As well as the supplier, Royal Mail was also in contact re. delivery timings once the product arrived in UK, which matched the initial information provided. Overall very happy with the knives and service received.
Appalling
Emailed every day for 7 days - no contact, unable to phone. Money taken and no order received appalling customer service

I ordered the set of 8 Japanese Stainless steel kitchen knives on the 24 of December 2021 + the pro knife sharpener 3 stage tungsten diamond & ceramic, I received the items on the 17 January 2022, really really disappointed with the quality of the items, fish knife is supposed to bend to prepare the fish and it doesn’t…. They are not of the quality they say & show on the website.
After receiving your goods you still have the right to cancel the order for a limited time. ( distance selling) if you told them straight away like I did after receiving the goods that I wanted to be refund & give them the goods back you have 14 days. And guess what, they never contact me back, they didn’t told me how to send the goods back to them and they didn’t give me my money back. Please do your research, I was so excited to get this for my husband since he likes cooking so much, when he saw the quality of the knives and sharpener and I saw his reaction I was in tears.
They also told me the 17 January by email that they have coordinated my concern to the supervisor, we will let you know of the next advice. Never heard from them again.

Scam Company Selling Fake Goods
I purchased a heated body warmer as a present for my mother. I was given a bogus Royal Mail tracking number which the seller then said was a Hermes tracking number. It turned out to be a Chinese courier and eventually the item was delivered, but it was immediately obvious that it was not the item described. It was very poorly made, did not heat up properly, and I was concerned that it was dangerous.
I contacted the company and they asked for photographs, which I provided with a request for a return and refund, but then never heard from them again.
I then discovered that their product pages are "scraped" (copied) from genuine shops but then they provide cheap poor quality alternatives. Definitely a scam.
Fake knifes
Fake knifes. Received not same as on description, or that price i could by same knifes in ASDA. Shame on you, never got reply on email about refund. This shop going on black list and i will make sure that all media will know about that scam company

Terrible scam company
Terrible scam company. Knife set never arrived! Was an xmas present for my wife, managed to get my money back through the bank and glad i went elsewhere now as they sound awful quality anyway after reading other reviews where they have managed to actually receive an item! Phone number is all automated and never reply to emails.

No customer service
The item arrived late, the item is not what i ordered and they don`t respond to any email that you send them, don`t buy from them they are just a fake company with no customer service, they don`t have a returns address for any wrong items.

Wish I'd read the other reviews before making a purchase. Item allegedly wasn't able to be delivered even though I've been in all day. Tracking number doesn't exist. I would go so far as to say this is a scam company. PayPal resolution it is then.
Perfect knives
Thanks Pinkyshop for this great product. When I ordered this new set of knives, I did so for my new job at a high profile restaurant, I just did to start with some fairly decent knives, I had in mind to buy my perfect set in six months, they turned out to be my perfect knives. Everyone at work loved them

Do not respond to issues with products
I would give 0 if possible. Received their Japanese knives, 4 were blunt and one had chipped blade. Multiple emails as per terms and conditions and only 2 responses one asking me what the issue is after sending detailed explanation and one saying customer service is their number one priority. I thought they were being sarcastic when I read this. 6 weeks on I have a product I can’t use and no repo set of how to return and obtain a refund. Worst online company I have ever dealt with.

I would not give this company any stars as they would not reply to any of my emails when I wanted to order some chair covers that did not fit. In the end I gave up. I would never use this company again and wish I had read other bad reviews before I purchased anything from them.
