Alice was incredibly helpful in helping me understand what was available in the area. She made herself available for a viewing the same day that I called and was able to answer all of my questions without having to go back to the landlord. She was also really good at following up, was always available for enquiries, and nothing was too much trouble.

Made up of lovely, friendly people and when we moved in to our rental they were extremely prompt at getting some necessary maintenance done. All without hesitation.
Great service.

Worst estate agent in existence AVOID AVOID AVOID. If they take over the management of your property MOVE OUT ASAP I REPEAT MORE OUT ASAP. we have had a broken oven and washing machine for over a year and have received 0 response from pink street. We have requested land lord details to see if they can help and again no reply. IT HAS BEEN OVER A YEAR. AVOID AVOID AVOID. IF THEY TAKE OVER THE MANAGEMENT OF YOUR PROPERTY MOVE OUT ASAP

I gave Pink Street about 9 months after they took over from the agents who had previously managed my properties for several years. I accepted that teething problems were inevitable. However, trying to communicate with this company is almost impossible. Emails were not answered and calls were not returned. Communication within Pink Street is very poor to the point where they have just contacted me again regarding gas certificates, despite me having moved to a much more professional agent last year. I have great long-standing tenants in my properties and I did not want Pink Street giving them the kind of service I received.

For no reason my deposit is being held 4 weeks over contractual time. They say that they can't contact landlord to check for deductions. This is absolutely disgusting as they charge all the fees upfront (Including checkout fee that was never done).

They should pay high paneities for such a misconduct, its absolutely shameful.

Just imagine if the situation was the opposite, they would charge you interest etc.

Cannot thank pink street enough for the crazy interest and quick sale Of our house! Had full communication throughout the whole thing and even now when we’re at the waiting stage still check ins from Kerry to make sure it’s all going smoothly! Completely recommend them as an estate agent! Thank you!

Unfortunately we do not agree with other reviews here. We would NOT recommend Pink Street. There has been a total lack of communication between us, our tenants and the agents themselves. Frankly I am not sure what I was paying for. Ultimately Pink Street ended up costing us time, heartache and lots of unnecessary money. We had no help from our agent and when I reached out to higher managers I never received a direct reply (I did once get a message from a secretary, but nothing ever happened).

Thank you to everyone at Pink Street, I have now moved in to my lovely place.

Caused me to have the most stressful week of my life to turn around and say I don’t have the flat and they’re gonna keep my £160 holding deposit. I highly recommend anyone else

Was with a diffrent agent and they was taken over by pinkstreet, the first information i had was when i recevied an email saying this is the new bank details. no phone call, not even the house owner had a call.
reported a problem with heating and took 1 week to get a response. Had an engineer come out and look, he ordered a new part and still 2 weeks later did not have it. 3 weeks without proper working heating, completely unacceptable.
Then i leave, told to put the keys through a door of someone else they brought. No one in the office so phoned to say, told put keys through the letterbox (safe).
Now lets talk about them showing people the house, 1 time they never showed up and i had to show the person the house.
Now the deposit return, had to keep chasing and finally do a Statutory Declaration on the deposit website. Lucky i have photos of all the problems and emails. I wouldnt recommend people use them, alot better agents that care.

This is a great estate agent, the staff work really hard and are really professional. Kelly and Matt have been helping me with my house purchase and they are always helpful. They make sure everything is organised without any stress. Kelly has always been on time for viewings and very knowledgable and Matt is always prompt with email reply’s and calls with updates. I have been really happy with their service 5*

Paul and Kerry have been absolutely great! I was in Gosport for a day to view houses. Emailed in the morning about viewing a house. Kerry got back to me, booked an appointment. Paul showed me round in the late afternoon.
...put an offer in next day, Paul phoned me back within 10 minutes. Offer excepted. Totally great pair to deal with.

Selling a house through Pink Street and had an acceptable offer within the week. Very professional staff. Have kept me informed throughout the process and would not hesitate to recommend. Paul and Kerry have been a pleasure to deal with.

DO NOT USE!!! Pink Street give Absolutely awful service. I lost count of the amount of lies I was told. Very very amateur. Terrible communication so do not waste time and money with this company

Very professional and knowledgeable service from Kerry at Pink street. Showing me round several properties in Portsmouth which fitted to our budget and requirements. After driving further out to view a last minute property, she kindly offered me a lift back home, which I couldn’t refuse! Haven’t found the home we’re looking for yet, but was good to see houses in different areas as were still new to house hunting and getting to know the different areas of Portsmouth. Also referring us to a mortgage consultant who she highly recommended was a great help with financial advice in the future, we will definitely be getting in touch.

Bought my first house via pink street, had the pleasure of dealing with Kerry for this. She was unbelievably professional, I told her what I wanted and she found just that, she gave me day to day updates all through the purchasing process, and made the somewhat stressful ideal of buying a house very easy and pleasurable.

Kerry at pink Street has been so down to earth and helpful. I am a first time buyer and she has made the process so much less stressful. Id really recommend them.
