The pillows are super comfortable

I have long been looking for a pillow I love and I found one. I did a random Google search and came upon Pillows.com. I found the site to be very user friendly, very clear on what your options were, and easily filtered.
I had no issues purchasing or receiving my pillows. I like a nice firm pillow. I don’t want a rock but I don’t want a pillow you sink straight down in. I feel like memory foam is everywhere and it does nothing for me as it is a sinker.
This pillow provides great support. I do not have to mess around with it, fluffing it or adjusting it at night. I get comfortable when I first lay down and I am good to go for the night. I don’t think I could be happier. At first I was worried it would be too much but I think it was just a small adjustment from my flatter pillow that I was trying to replace.

The website was user friendly and offered many product options. I was most pleased to find the exact brand and type of pillow that I was seeking.

The only issue i have is that afther I purchased on your web site I never got a email confirmation. My pillows were delivered the following week.

Was looking for a more firm pillow.!it looked like the one I purchased was the most firm you sell that has a polyester filling. Other than that it seems like a well made pillow.

I returned my pillows. They were to flat.

I wanted a return never got a return label or anything after I reach out what the hell you are not good as claim I spent 70 for a single pillow who does that me I want the best but this isn't the best I just want my money back but I will never get it I'm upset but I will never use again. Or recommend.

I ordered the Dream Surrender Firm because the website claimed that it was the exact replacement for the Dream Surrender Two pillow but it wasn’t even close. The Dream Surrender Two was a cluster pillow which I fell in love with while at Embassy Suites. The one I received was one solid piece of polyester. Definitely disappointed .

The pillow was a little heaver than I anticipated but sleeps great. I would get it again.

The pillows were delivered as promised, and they are exactly what I had hoped for. I took a picture of the pillow tags in a hotel room, as they were so comfortable, and I found them online and ordered! I couldn't be happier. They are the PERFECT cloudlike pillow for me!

Dear Customer Service, you only have good reviews because you delete ALL THE BAD REVIEWS! You have done it several times even on FB! Not an honest company!
