Shorts not what I expected. …
The shorts I ordered were inconsistent in size. There was only one pair out of 4 that were large enough for me. The fabric was very inferior in quality. All in all this was a very poor purchase.

I’ve been trying to either get an exchange or refund of the two items out of three that I ordered. I’ve called the 800 number as well as emailed and to no avail… and it’s well within the timeframe to get a solution but they respond with a question and I would answer, such as, what item would I like to return, which I’ve responded to the email but the return response is nothing to resolve the issue, I have the responses saved. This was my first and last time purchasing anything from this business. I would give it zero stars if I could, for the worst customer service, non existent

Love these folks! I’ve used them for multiple products and have never been disappointed. I think they must screen their vendors for you. Some of the items that I have purchased as gifts in the past have been a big hit. The only problem I have is that once something is gone… it rarely comes back.
