There was a wrong product sent (one shirt was sleeveless) and I contacted Customer service. Clark was the customer service person who helped straighten out the problem. After almost two weeks, they sent us a new. correct shirt.

I gave 2-stars only because of the…

I gave 2-stars only because of the looks of the product and the material. But I ordered 6 solar flower lights and only 3 work. They all worked after charging a full day, that one night. The second night 3 don’t work. & Unfortunately I threw away the boxes to return them. Plus I emailed you to let you know & asked if you could do anything to correct the issue - and didn’t hear back from you. VERY disappointed. :(

Worth the price . .

Now about the "worth the price". Three for less than $25.00 for moisture wicking shirts is an awesome sale.

Thanks for the refund!!

Edit: I have now received a refund for the defunct cane. It's too bad that it didn't work - it could have helped my mom so much!

I have not received any help regarding my mother's EZ UP Cane or a refund.

Poor packaging - messy experience

Easy order and cooperative with refund but they packed item poorly and it arrived totally crushed and broken and pain to have find order and go through steps to refund transaction all because they couldn’t mail it appropriately
