Very good experience to the airport…
Ian is a great fella .We messed him around with departure pick up initially and he just got on and changed without complaint (sorry Ian and thanks ).We travelled in style and comfort to the airport.Chatted all the way.On our return this morning he was there as soon as we went through .Telling us exactly where he would be .It was the early hours and he still got us home safely We were all tired but not as chatty again sorry Ian.Would definitely recommend to anyone .

We booked Picks travel at short notice and they were able to arrange drop off and pick up from Liverpool Airport, both early morning. Very good price, communication and service was excellent. Will definitely use again.

Amazing service
Amazing service. My husband is registered blind and our driver Ian made sure he had the support he needed. Getting us to special assistance was a great help for our large group with 3 young children. Upon return he was waiting at departures for us, helped with luggage after a long night flight. Got us all safely home with three drop off points. Thank you Picks Travel, Ian for all your help making our holiday one to remember

Excellent and reliable service
After looking at some horror stories about stranded travellers, I went with this local firm rather than the dreaded Uber as it was essential we made our flight.
Excellent service from booking to drop off at Manchester Airport. Sent txt to say taxi on its way and arrived 10 minutes early. Journey took 45 minutes. Will definitely use again.

TOP CLASS
We had a really early flight to catch and wanted a taxi that we could count on.
They send us a message the day before to confirm the pickup time, And a few minutes later we also got a message from the taxi driver (Miguel) who presented him self and confirmed the pickup time too.
In the morning when we came down to the hotel lobby he was already there.
The trip to the airport was a pleasure. Miguel made us feel relaxed and comfortable, great guy!
This is a five star company and Miguel the driver is a six star driver.

Our flight was delayed so we didn’t get home till 2 hours later than scheduled, picks contacted me right through the evening keeping us updated, not a problem to this company, the lovely driver was waiting for us as planned even though it was 02:30am. Great company who I highly recommend. Thanks again guys brilliant service.

Booked last minute taxi to pick us up from Manchester. All arranged for the time we landed.
Driver (Christian) was really helpful carrying our cases and was a great bloke.
