Booked on their website for a 19 mile 30 minute transfer from Stansted Airport. Price was £44. Got an email a couple of hours later saying the rates on website were not updated and the actual price would be £140!! Obviously cancelled - can hire a BMW for 2 days for that price. Beware.

Within the few days after making my initial booking online, I received several emails with confirmation and details of the service I had booked. This efficiency was impressive. On the date of service, my driver arrived precisely when I expected him, helpfully loaded my bags into his vehicle, and confirmed my destination. The vehicle was spotlessly clean and comfortable for the ride to London Heathrow Airport. During the trip, I enjoyed conversation with the driver. Despite a fair amount of traffic as we got closer to the airport, I arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely consider using Prestige Airport Transfers of Cambridge on my next visit. Thank you

We used Prestige to go from Cambridge to Heathrow, and were very pleased with the experience. The driver (Delyian) arrived on time, helped us with our luggage, and drove us to Heathrow very smoothly. He was a very nice person. There were refreshments in the car, which were appreciated on a hot day. We would definitely use Prestige again, and recommend them strongly.

Moved into the area recently and used Prestige for the first time last week for a return work trip to Heathrow.

Communication was excellent from start to finish. Their quality cars were spotlessly clean and comfortable, and the drivers were professional and friendly.

Driver contact details were shared in advance the day before. The driver arrived early for the pick-up from home to the airport, and let me know as I landed that he was waiting for me upon arrival at Heathrow.

I would not hesitate to recommend Prestige, and we will use again whenever we need a longer comfortable car service... in fact we have already booked them again for another pick-up this weekend.
