Disgusting company to deal with. I’ve been waiting since 1st July for a refund, had an email on 12th August saying it would be ‘forwarded for processing’. Still no refund. Customer service rating 0.5 out of 10.

EDIT 30/08/25. I’ve already supplied my order number at least 3 times; and it’s also on the email messages.
I’ve also supplied my paypal address, as requested. Still no refund.

My 11-year old ridgeback used to really struggle with itchy skin and gunky ears. Steroids helped a bit but left him overweight, constantly thirsty and so depressed he barely left his bed. It was heartbreaking to see him.

Since starting Pick Peanut’s pre and probiotics he’s like a new dog! His skin and ears are so much better, and he loves playing rough-and-tumble with our 2-year-old pup. At 11 he’s living his best, happiest life. I’m so grateful to have my boy back.

I am having similar problems with this company. Taking money from my account, not fulfilling orders in a timely fashion, not responding to emails requesting information on my unfulfilled order despite claiming an average response time of 2hrs. When attempting to track my order on their website link ... apparently my order does not exist! This contradicts what my order history states ... on the same website!

If I do not receive a satisfactory response from this company by tomorrow am (12 August), all subscriptions will be cancelled and I will contact PayPal to ensure I receive a full refund. Hugely disappointed.

So far been waiting 5 days for the ‘next day’ and also not received responses to 3 emails…. Wish I’d read the reviews here before ordering.

Absolutely shocking company, order has been paid for and not delivered.
Kept making excuses about the delivery issue whilst holding onto my money, this has been almost a week of me chasing them and still no resolution.
I won’t ever order from this company again!

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! Their advert on facebook guaranteed to cure or 100% money back guarantee.after using it for a month, there were no results so I emailed requesting a refund, particularly as I had not opened the second tub. They came back and said I need to keep giving the tablets as it sometimes didn’t work for 6 weeks.did this and still no change so requested a refund. A total of at least a dozen emails back and forth and they just keep avoiding or not responding. I advise anyone before parting with money to avoid this company at all costs, the product is useless, and their refund policies is too

Our dog (Staffy/boxer mix) has had a sore, itchy, flaky and gunky kind of ear for weeks and won’t let us touch it never mind apply stuff to it and yesterday the outer part of his ear was so flaky- last time he had to be put under anaesthetic to get them cleaned. He has also been getting a lot of hives. I was feeling pretty helpless and saw Pick Peanut Better Blend pre and probiotics and read reviews and thought it would be worth a try…goodness 48 hours and no flakiness on the outside or inside, the inside looks more normal, the greyness has gone and he has had no hives! Going to keep it up!

I’ve bought some products previously and not seen any real improvement in my dogs but persevering. I ordered two allergy tests. A box with a tiny tube turned up. No gloves etc. A challenge trying to get hair in it as it’s like the top of a Bic pen. Sent away. Nothing heard. Chased and chased. No meaningful update. Looked belatedly online and dog coat tests for allergies are not legitimate or recommended. Now fighting for a refund.

Update - 13/7/2025. I was looking hopeful after the reply that this would be sorted out. Sadly, nothing heard. No lab results and no refund. Please ensure if you do use this form that you use a credit card.

Untrustworthy and terrible customer service ... do not use !!!

Avoid this company they take your money and then using stalling tactics.

Cant comment regarding the product as of yet as i have just received it today. From previous reviews i was a tad jubious on how quickly delivery would be as i had chosen next day royal mail. I expected a few days due to bank holiday, however i ordered on friday and it royal mail delivered today (sunday) which was great!

Really hope these start to help my girl fingers crossed.

I'm on a monthly contract, paid for the order on the 19th of last month, had to get in touch to see where it was. Not in stock and don't know when.
And now that I do have it they have removed thee free item that I originally was granted on my second order!
We've had to start from the beginning with the dogs, too.
I got £5 back!!! But they saved that on taking away the free item.
The tablets work, the company can't keep up.

I only got half my money back, I had another one before SK9 No problems getting my money back there brilliant.

Excellent item, appalling customer service and delivery.
Next day delivery takes two weeks!

Ordered and did not work for our dog despite trying a while.
Tried to cancel 1st time , didn't work and debited another payment , sent unwanted box .
Cancelled again , thought we had more success as they acknowledged it was cancelled .
Then today, yet again , an email to say another unwanted one on the way!
Yet another unauthorised payment taken.
Disgusting , how do these firms get away
with this .

We put in an order as recommended by our vet for a probiotic treatment for our dog, but alas it has not arrived, we have tried to contact them via customer services but voicemail states they are not answering the phone and to email them, also done this and no reply. Does anyone know if they are still trading as it appears not.

I was unsure too, but after reading countless reviews, I gave it a try. My order arrived fast, and the probiotics worked within a week. So glad I found them!

Got this for my Staffy's skin issues, took a whole to work but made a big difference. A bit pricey, but worth it since he's much better now! 👍

Outstanding service! Our delivery went missing, but they quickly sent a replacement, which arrived the very next day - along with a free gift.

Really effective in addressing our Retriever's ears issues. She's feeling much more at ease now - such a relief!
