Beyond this, we send 6x videos over the first 6 days of using the app, that aim to give you all the need to knows on using Picjam. Can you confirm to me you can access both resources? All edits/mistakes made cost credits. One photo out of 16 may be good. The cost for the 15 mistakes is far too high. You say that the AI may make mistakes but it makes far too many and the cost is not reasonable.

Sorry to hear that was your experience, but a couple of things:
1. Normally, we have a "bonus generation" that provides 8 photos for free per product. We do that because you're actually right, it does take a few photos to get a perfect one. That feature was down for two days around a week ago, so you could have unfortunately been effected by this.
2. On all plans there's more than enough credits to generate around 20 images per product. We chose that number, because in addition to the 8 photos we generate for free, that's a handy amount to help our sellers get not just one good result, but multiple.
If you want to send me your images at michael@picjam.ai, I can give them a go for you!
I hope that you'll come to re-consider this public review in time, as we're a small team but we've made decent progress on accuracy, and are actually a lot better than the competitive tools out there.

OMG… at first I was a little unsure
OMG… at first I was a little unsure, but then I started to get the hang of it and I am absolutely blown away. To picjam I have to say NICE work !! I am actually at beginning stages of putting my Art on high end clothing and I am just amazed at how my photos are turning out, showcasing my Art/Creations on beautiful models, and I love all the different choices of models, makes ALL the difference in the world. Absolutely Amazing!! 11 stars 😍thank you

Thank you so much for the kind words! Yes, there are a few settings that work better with different input images. We're trying to get better at educating users on what input images lead to the best results — a lot of that falls back on us, and we're looking to improve this everyday.

Awful service and quality
Awful service and quality, extremely misleading ads. Exported images are low quality and clothes don’t wrap around the models well. In the end, a day of photo shooting is well worth the money and honestly not that much more expensive due to the content, social media that you can get from a real shoot. Customers love seeing behind the scenes, how it’s done and shot. Consumers love the realism that goes into the brand.

Hi Grace, I've requested more information so I can see what results you got, as we're having a hard time locating a customer record in the last few weeks under your name.
1) I've checked the chat logs, and cannot seem to find a record of you being in touch with our team. Our team is literally willing to move heaven and earth for our users, so I am trying to understand your comments around "service" more clearly.
2) Every ad you've seen has real results, that I generated personally. If you want to see me to do the results in realtime, my door is open (michael@picjam.ai) — happy to even do a livestream to Facebook if you'd like.
In summary: we're happy to support here. I can provide you with some more credits and guidance so you can get the best possible results. We do offer a 7-day free trial so users can see if the product works for them.
P.s — we're a small team that actually come from a media production background ourselves. We'll take on your feedback and keep improving the product. I hope that in time you'll reconsider your negative review.
Not worth it
Tried using for our website, but the service was not able to provide us with anything we could use . it was very poor in production. we also ran out of credits with each mockup, which none was worth using. I would not recommend paying for this, but it does have good potential if they can fix the problems.

Unfortunate to read this, as on the tagging page, we very clearly write that if you upload a flatlay, this is not optimal for products with text. We reviewed every product you tried, and they did not follow these suggestions.
If you have your products on a mannequin, ghost mannequin or have a photo of your product being worn by one of your staff members as we recommended, you would have had very good results.

Personally, I am gutted that you didn't get to try Fixed Product mode, which absolutely could have worked for your product range. You do need to follow the guide on the tagging page for it to work, however.
P.s — our team member James would have definitely given you more credits had your responded to our emails. I hope we can grow into the potential that you see in what we're building, and that in time you'll reconsider your negative review.

I have never written a review before but I think this warrants being said. I recently signed up for a 1:1 demo with Michael and I logged in at the time we agreed upon and Michael never showed up for the meeting. If this is the way they treat potential customers, then I say "no thanks"

I wish they had zero stars I would give them a zero this company is a scam I ordered the product paid for the trial use the services for about 10 minutes it wouldn't save any of my images and then the whole platform disappeared it disappear from my Google search it disappear from my Instagram search then 3 days later it pops up again on my Instagram feed this is a scam I contacted my car services and have them remove please do not download this app this is a scam

This is a great product
This is a great product that has changed my Dadam Tees website. Customers are able to get an idea of what the product looks like on a person. The results have been phenomenal and I couldn't have done it without picjam. Tech Support is amazing and nothing is ever an issue. I highly recommend them.
