Very easy to generate pictures and like the many options of different models

I signed up for this service to try it out BECAUSE they stated there was a "7-day free trial", and the only way to trial the service was by entering a credit card. However with this company, THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL - THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT YOUR CARD IS CHARGED 7 DAYS LATER AND THERE IS NO WAY TO CANCEL. I tried to cancel before the 7-day period was up, but it didn't go through. Now they say that there was no way to cancel at all, so why offer a 7-day free trial?? False advertising, perhaps? I then noticed on my Credit card statement that I was charged $450 AUD on my American Express. When I contacted this site to inform them that I never wished to proceed, they refused to provide a refund. I have opened a dispute with American Express as my only recourse. They said that they gave me warnings; however, I was never given any warnings; otherwise, I would have acted on them because I thought it had been cancelled. When contacted, they only give options to help with the site and REFUSE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON, even if the service has NEVER BEEN USED, UNDESIRED and frankly very overpriced. I entered my credit card information only because this was the only way to see how their service worked. BIG MISTAKE - add your credit card for a 7-day free trial and fall into a TRAP or a SCAM, whatever you want to call it. Its simple, enter your credit card and you are signed up, whether you wish to proceed beyond the 7-day trial or not.

I would say that this site screams 'SCAM,' so I am warning anyone who thinks it's a good idea to try out their service by adding their credit card to be very careful. My advice is: DON'T, and RUN!!

Amazing tool for clothing designers

I gave PicJam a 5 because it is the most accurate clothing generator I have found. It's still not perfect and takes a few attempts to get it right, but it's really good and the credits used for errors are not excessive like some other apps. The owner is Australian and Australian business standards are high and trustworthy. It's not an app that someone pumped out and hoped for the best, this is an independent owner who takes pride in the app and wants to offer quality and improvements. PicJam is the best that I've found for my fashion business, at the most reasonable price. I've tried many that cost more and they don't deliver accurate results at all. Try PicJam.

very simple to use and great quality

I was really impressed with the Picjam.ai trial — smooth, great results, and promising enough that I decided to pay for a subscription. Unfortunately, ever since upgrading, all of my images have been stuck in the queue with no progress at all. It’s completely halted my workflow and progress on a key project. Super frustrating, especially after such a good start. I’ve reached out for support but haven’t had a resolution yet. Hoping this gets fixed soon, but for now, it’s a real letdown.

The images look super realistic and I love how you can make different backgrounds easily. It also looks very realistic with the backgrounds. Definitely helps make new photos for my website and has a good amount of use for the credits!
