AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
I don’t even know where to start with this horrible company!! Whoever is looking to buy from these guys, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Where do I even start! I ordered and paid for a personalised rose bear, I receive a standard rose bear. I bought it to their attention and point blank refuse to acknowledge my request for a personalised bear. They claim to be from UK but delivery is all the way from Hong Kong - hence the long 10-15 days delivery timescale. And guys, the bear itself is poor quality. It looks cheap and not worth what you pay for!! I defo don’t think it’s worth £30. The packaging box that I paid £10 was in horrendous condition. The plastic cover looked like it’s been dragged on floor. The black cover was ripped up. When I messaged my complain, they refuse to give my money back. STAY AWAY FROM THESE RIP OFF MERCHANTS!
Following on from your reply - WOW! What lies.. based on your reviews from other customers, it’s obvious to know how manipulative you are with running your business. The so called positive reviews are made by fake accounts - presumably you’re getting family and friends to leave false reviews.
The fact you’re falsely accusing me of making threats and abusive language towards yourself is absurd. Did you forget to mention that you had blocked me on social media preventing me from reaching out to you? And also, reporting me to Trustpilot for my false review and then I eventually got it overturned? You are the sort of company that doesn’t deserve to have any customers purchasing your cheap and disgusting product.
Want to also mention you deliver from overseas as supposedly claiming you’re from UK? Yes that’s right. The packaging delivered had evidenced it was delivered from Hong Kong.
And just to correct you, I did make a claim through the bank and successfully got my money back. So thank you for that! In all honesty, I wouldn’t even have your products free of charge.

I tell you what Tom, how about YOU email me proof of my bank declining my refund and in return, I’ll show you proof of my refund. I’ve got my screenshot ready and saved.
Based on your bad reviews, it’s funny how you get so defensive about the bad reviews. Take it on the chin Tom and act as a feedback as suppose accusing every customer as a liar.
You also mention, I got in touch a week later after delivery. Another false and manipulative lie. I had ordered from your site a month before my wife’s birthday. Couple weeks had gone by and still no delivery. You gave me a royal tracking number which had no movement (similar experience to your other customers who have left a bad review), and after constant messages, the delivery had arrived but guess what? It wasn’t a personalised teddy bear which I had paid for!
I hope whoever is reading this review, is a major red flag to stay away from this horrible company. The teddy bear is such a cheap and horrible quality - £39.95 would have been better paid for to a charity than pay a company like this.
Tom - just own up to your mistake and stop getting so defensive with your customers who leave a bad review. Learn to be a proper business rather than a amateur business.
And once again, please email me with bank declining the refund. I’ve got my statement at hand.

We are saddened to read of your review.
After ordering from us you did not flag any issues to myself or the management team yet a week after delivery you decided to make threats to my staff and I using severely derogatory terms about your order.
We had requested for photos of your order in which you had sent; yet there was no product defaults and despite the fact that we had offered to you an exchange or returns service, you refuted this and continued to post malicious content and make continuous threats.
As a conclusion you had raised the issue with your bank and after they made their investigation they found for your claim to be false. We also have clear evidence of this and would be happy to share with you via email should you contact us directly. You had lost your claim due to insufficient evidence from your side suggesting the product was in perfect condition.
Regarding your response relating to fake reviews, perhaps it would be wise to note you had gotten 5-6 members of your family including your wife to post negative reviews on our profile all of which had been removed and taken down. You had also created fake accounts on Instagram to try and build a case against us yet thankfully your bank sided with us.
Feel free to browse upon our website where we have 200+ verified reviews from genuine customers. At Photopsy we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction and will always continue to do so.
If you wish to discuss further, you're welcome to email us and we would happy to provide you evidence given from your bank as to why you had lost your claim. However do note we won't tolerate threatening behaviour.

Thank you Photopsy for my beauty and the beast rose bear. Cheap price and top quality product that came in just under a week. I have used other sites selling similar items before and was a bit skeptical at first cause of bad experiences but thankfully I received my delivery swiftly and was really impressed with the communication from ordering to arriving. Ordered a red rose bear last Wednesday and it has just arrived. It was well packed and came with a lovely gift card - She loved it!

STAY FAR FAR AWAY
Terrible company. Very unprofessional and they take forever to reply to messages to avoid refunds. My delivery was over a week late, and when I requested refund, they ignored and just sent blunt messages. Just go to a more respectable business. They delete bad reviews from their site so don’t be fooled not to be fooled by some of these fake good reviews. If you check social media it’s nothing but complaints
ADDITION
This company tries to discredit and take down honest bad reviews. I had to send proof of purchase like 3 times before my review was verified. so I can understand why others might not bother. The company is so so so awful, once they have your money, their attitude stinks in emails and they will do ANYTHING not to give you a refund regardless if your order is 3 weeks late or damaged. Allot of the “positive reviews” are clearly fake (click on their profiles). So please please stay away.
