Ok , Don't bother. ..Not worth any where near the amount I was charged.
Even if it had been Ok ...as a gift it didn't turn up. Even though I ordered it in plenty of time for Xmas,,,so I was told.
Quality poor, size and look, poor. I'm not going to give to my friend, because I'm embarrassed. I would pay £15 at a push ,,, not nearly £50.
Anything from China ,,,I'm afraid is a Scam or , RUBBISH

I chose to give this company a chance despite the negative reviews because I couldn't find what I was looking for elsewhere (Pikachu rose bear). My advice would be to use a different company if you can.

1. The Royal Mail tracking number provided was fake
2. The customer service is really bad, I am anticipating that they may reply to this review with some dishonest statements
3. The product took a month to arrive rather than 3-5 days
4. The product looked nothing like the images

The only positive thing about the experience is that the Pikachu which arrived looked so cursed that I could not stop laughing.

I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service provided by Photopsy to date.

I ordered a rose on 19/11/21 and, when I hadn't received it by 26/11/21 I sent an email. On the same day I received a reply asking for my order number which I provided. On 27/11/21 I sent a further email requesting an update and also advising that the tracking number was not recognised by Royal Mail.

A response was received from Tom (with photo of him attached) apologising for the delay but offering no real explanation as to the reason why the tracking number wasn't recognised. The only assurance I received was that Photopsy had been 'strongly advised' that the Rose was due to be delivered very soon and that I would 'love the product'.

I would very much like to love the product but, 14 days later I have still not received it. This is now almost in contravention of your free shipping policy, being that tomorrow will be the last date for delivery.

I would still like to know why the tracking number is not recognised and, as this is a Christmas present for my mum, I would appreciate an urgent update.

In case you wonder why the name is different in this review, it's because I have used my friends phone to do it.

As you will see if you read the full comments the order number is as above and the customer name is.......

She used my phone to post the comments as explained.

I have provided you with her email address, as requested along with her telephone number and she is on your data base because you have been liaising with her. Therefore to say that you cannot find her details is an absurdity.

Your reply is the same as on other responses so I would ask, are you a robot?

Update: Despite the robotic and unhelpful response from the 'manager' below, my reply and full details, including the request for contact to be made directly with Amanda, their customer, still no response has been received. Amanda has also sent two further emails independently without any reply. A telephone appointment with Trading Standards is now being arranged and full details of this debacle will be provided to them. It's absolutely disgraceful and I don't believe any of the positive comments on this site are from genuine purchasers. Seems strange indeed that each positive comment is made after a negative one!! Photopsy are a scam.

Waited weeks for my item to be delivered it arrived damaged asked for a replacement item was told to contact Royal Mail for a refund I didn’t buy it of Royal Mail as far as I no Please don’t buy of this company it’s a SCAM

Was told rose box was 40cm arrived and it was 20cm lid of box scraped all the way round part of bow stuck under lid all crushed ribbon round bottom stuck on unevenly all round and creases in it would never give to anyone as a gift after paying £40 appalling quality.I have tried contacting on live chat sent emails with pictures of the box I received and tried calling repeatedly and have had no response whatsoever

Absolutely awful. My little sister ordered a present for my mum and she got completely scammed. Order number and tracking number are fake and aren’t recognised by Royal Mail and the customer service is so so bad. Emailed them about it and they were so rude and then pretended it would arrive after a week and then ignore all emails after.
Sent them all details about the order and they kept ignoring it all.
Complete scam don’t order from here.

Edit: I provided order number and tracking number 3 times and have been ignored and no one had bothered to look into it. Maybe if you delivered people’s items as fast as you took their money people wouldn’t write bad reviews.

Get back to your customers about their orders!!! Quick to take money but not so quick to send orders out.
Do not order from this company if you actually want your order!

Thanks for your response Tom, funny you should reply publicly as you don’t reply in private from that info@ email address you have given. Also very predictable that you appear to have to sent the same response to every negative feedback in order to keep the negative comments off your review page maybe? If you had already responded and resolved the issue in the first place as you say you do there would be no need to leave a bad review!!

I purchased some blue roses for an anniversay, 3-5 days I was told. Nearly 10 days later and missed the anniversay, still no roses despite several emails telling me they would be with me. I requested refund as I hadnt recieved them ignored, not one apology or explanation. Asked more manager to contact me, ignored. Would never recommed or use again. Dont care about the customer..
10/9/21- Update. I have recieed the products after 11 days. The manager finally contacted me and said I can return it once it arrives he will give me the details of how too- All emails being ignored now so I have a product I dont want. I dont want to name him.
11/9/21- Legal action being taken now as clearly this company is a SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I ordered a satin black rose in a glass dome. Delivery was quick which is good and I am pleased with the product overall. However, the glass dome has got a scratch on it and the sticker on the glass dome is slanted. Other than that I am pleased.

I have ordered from this website on 2 separate occasions including Christmas and last week. Both times I ordered the LED glass domes that are genuinely so lush. They are made from premium materials and last forever. Thank you!!

Made an order on the 11th for some roses and it still hasn't been delivered. It is quite shocking that the standard shipping says 3-5 days yet it is approaching nearly two weeks and still hasn't been delivered. No updates either on where it is so I'm just hoping for the best that it gets here at this point. Tried to contact them to ask and got no response either. Terrible customer service. Won't ever shop here again.

Updated review : 15 days later my parcel finally arrived. I ordered a white and pink bear, and they have delivered me a white and red bear! The box I purchased is the biggest waste of £14.99 in my life, flimsy cardboard and plastic that is so battered coming from China that it won’t assemble correctly. The box comes with no assembling instructions. The manager has asked 3 times now for me to remove my review and unfortunately I won’t be as he is now ignoring my emails!
If I could give 0 stars I would!

I ordered 2 items on 5th July and paid £10 next day shipping.Do not be fooled by the .co.uk web address. They ship things from abroad and then tell you it will take 5-10 days to arrive even after paying £10. When asking for a tracking number , they said the information they had until they received a tracking number from Royal Mail was ‘confidential’ and that my order would arrive ‘very soon.’ 10 days later I am still waiting for my delivery. They have tried to blame Royal Mail from the start for their wrong doings . The Shop tracking app informed me that my parcel had arrived today in London! I live nowhere near London! I called Royal Mail and they said that Photopsy had given me me the wrong tracking number. This tracking number is in fact the tracking number of somebody else’s order! Photopsy also gave me another tracking order which Royal Mail has confirmed is invalid ! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS!

Wish I would have read the reviews before ordering! It has been over 2 weeks since I ordered with a 3-5 day delivery window, this has obviously been exceeded, still no order & getting fobbed off with made up delivery dates! AVOID!

This my 2nd order. Both has been great. The dome is beautiful. I love the heart on the dome. Beautifuly done. It arrived on time and it was packed really secure. It’s very good quality as well. So I’m very impressed. This second order is for my best friend as a present and I know she’ll love it. It looks very sentimental and has got “thank you” written on it. So it’s a wonderful gift.

I am really happy with the product as it was a gift for my friend which she loved. However the delivery took longer than it needed to. I paid for next day delivery and it came nearly a month later. I was partially refunded but it was unnecessary stress. I hope they will improve this.

Don't let the co.uk mislead you. Recently purchased a bear for a birthday present and paid for the express delivery believing that they were coming from the UK and ordering 3 weeks in advance and with it being delivered to Ireland I would have it in plenty of time for the birthday. It arrived late and anytime I contacted them I was just told that it would be here by the end of the week. The bear and the crown is cute which is why it's getting a 3 star but the box is bit flimsy and not worth the price of it.

Excellent service to help a grieving couple with the loss of a baby. Special request of a bear in two half colours both pink and blue was done excellently and the final product looks great and will serve as a very special memory.
