Your website says that you are able to do next day delivery, as well as delivery on Saturday if the item is purchased before 12pm and a payment of £20 is made.

We purchased a photo canvas for a funeral the day before (before the 12pm cut off), paid £20 extra and even called you to confirm it would be delivered on Saturday rather Monday. You assured us it would be.

On Saturday, we contacted Fedex directly and they said you had selected a Monday delivery time, even though we had paid the extra £20.

Firstly, you were deceitful on your website and you took our £20 knowing you were not going to deliver on time. Secondly, thank you for ruining our funeral by not delivering the canvas on time.

Worst service ever and you are a very incompetent company.

Terrible company to deal with. Ordered a panoramic print of an iconic image of a world famous location. When they sent me a confirmation email with a picture of my order it looked perfect. Then they sent another email saying there was a problem with my picture and they were reprinting it because they wanted it to be perfect. When it eventually arrived a week later I was stunned to see that they had cropped nearly 6 inches of the image away, cutting right through the main subject of the picture, the iconic landmark . The picture was useless and no longer recognisable. When I complained they sent me a copy of the finished article and said this is what I ordered. This was totally dishonest and I told them so. I have kept the original confirmation email which shows what I ordered and they are completely different. The picture is unusable and a total waste of money. This is a scam. Save your money and go elsewhere.

My canvasses are only fit for a bin. My own mother unrecognizable ?? How they sent this out (and over a week late) I will never know. Absolute scammers!!
Such poor material-its almost laughable if it wasn't a hundred quid down the drain.
Will fight to get money back but doubt it will be easy and had delayed my gift giving which is embarassing. I will certainly be calling in when I'm next in London if not rissolved in next few days!

I am amazed by the quality of all 5 canvasses, they are superb! . 3 quite complex montages and two canvas prints, and they are all every bit as good as I could have hoped. I am really delighted and would recommend this site without hesitation. Delivery was prompt and the parcel had been packed with great care. Thank you everyone involved.

Would like to retract me previous review after being reassured the canvas would arrive by 1pm today still no canvas rung up to be told it will be Monday. Absolutely shocking customer service basically you lie to your customers. Will never use this company again. I would advise anybody planning on ordering for next day delivery dont bother use another company

Placed an order for a canvas for a birthday present paid for next day delivery. Had a few issues and was told it would be Monday. Recieved a phone call to tell me it will arrive tomorrow and they apologised for the confusion and they would update their website to make things clearer. Thank you for resolving the problem. I look forward to receiving my canvas tomorrow

Ik had een klacht, de manier waarop Canvas dit heeft opgelost is geweldig. Ik kreeg als compensatie een voucher, waarop ik een nieuwe foto op Canvas kon bestellen. Deze werd snel en keurig toegezonden

We ordered a print of 150cm x 90cm and it cost £73.50. The print arrived in two days and it's great quality on genuine canvas. Very happy with the end result!

Very disappointed
Tried to change order slightly, spoke on the telephone to two different gentleman whos grasp of English proved a stumbling block!
They say hand made but they certainly cant be as we asked for a small change which they said was not possible.
If we are dealing with an automated service fair enough, but hand made infers people are making canvases so changes before production should be possible
We felt brushed off and cancelled the order only recieving 80% of our money back
Will no use again and will not recommend
Spoke to digilab completely different experience spent our money there and all further money !!

I ordered a large 80x80cmx4.5cm canvas print. The canvas was drum tight on a strong wood frame, metal hanging parts included. The image true to the original file in colour and detail. Extremely happy with this product and speed of delivery at a busy pre-Christmas time.
I will be ordering again!

Simple upload and edit platform. Beautiful quality and unpixelated when following the image quality guidance. Canvas is more of a silk print quailty which is light weight and professional. Will recommend.

Very quick Service and a very good product, nicely made.

I would like more feedback from them before they commit to printing the finished design. It is not always possible to spot on screen if people’s faces are obscured when ordering a montage. I have had people totally obliterated in the design or duplicated photos next to each other. When I have complained they have admittedly offered money off my next design. However this has still meant I have had to pay for a reprint. Why doesn’t someone quality check and contact the customer to point out what could be a possible design fault before going ahead and printing and distributing the order
