Our SIM card is an option that appears in the WeBuyAnyPhone.com checkout, when trading your phone. We are offering unlimited data, texts and minutes FREE for one month and then £20 per month, after. When the offer is selected, we process the SIM and send an email confirming the order as well as one when the SIM card is dispatched alongside a text.
However, phones4u.com are hassle free which means there is no contract and you can cancel at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days, you will not be charged.
You have mentioned you have tried to reach us to process the cancellation, you can reach us by contacting support@phones4u.com or you can reach them via live chat between 8:30am - 5:30pm. Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays.) As Monday was a bank holiday, we were closed for the long weekend but back to normal hours today.

Query sorted quickly
I contacted Phones4U.com as I was being sent a sim I didn't request through a transaction via a different company that I had made. Apparently it was part of the offer that I hadn't noticed. I contacted P.4U via Chat and spoke to Sanjoy who explained what had happened and sorted out cancelling the order immediately. It was also said that if the sim turns up then I didn't need to return it which was good

Harry you are excellent at your job. I had a panic on last night after I found out my daughter ordered a SIM card in error without me knowing while I was in hospital. I came home to a bill and didn’t quite understand.

This company has sent me a new phone number and set up a direct debit when I sold my old phone to them. I did not request them to do this and am in process of cancelling it

This company have taken my bank details and set up a account with them without my knowledge
They have said I’ve asked for a SIM card and new number and will be taking £20 out of my account monthly
I have not done this or willingly given them any of my details
It’s disgusting! Not sure how they have done this
As I had given my details to another company for a completely different thing
