I noticed that my VOIP phone was not receiving calls. Incoming calls were going straight to voicemail. I called Phonely support and immediately received help. The solution was to allow Phonely to access the base unit by installing AnyDesk on a laptop. The fix was achieved within minutes by customer support staff. There was no need to involve the tech team. Excellent customer service from Phonely.
Pointless if you want a phone that is…
Pointless if you want a phone that is not reliant on the internet. Remember, if your internet goes down you can’t use your phone. It needs to be a none internet dependent landline.
Phonely provided a Home Phone solution
Having recently changed our Broadband provider from one who provided the Broadband plus the Home phone to one that only offered Broadband, we were left with finding a new supplier that could provide the Home Phone service.
Phonely were recommended to us and from the start the friendly helpful hand holding was first class.
They were very patient whilst we chose the new Broadband and kept in touch during the final steps of the process.
The support from Kelly, Sharon and Katie, today was excellent and very professional.
Well done and thanks for all your help and guidance.
Easy transfer of my old landline number to a digital service
This has been a really easy process from start to finish. I needed to retain my landline number after changing broadband from BT to Virgin Media. Everyone involved at Phonely have been really helpful. I had to ring on connection day because I was unsure I had connected everything properly. Katie dealt with my call was very patient and friendly and reassured me that everything was fine and working properly.
I would highly recommend this company.
Excellent experience
When we initially phoned the company, Mark was very helpful and organised every thing for us to transfer over to Phonely. Really easy process.
I had to ring today to get help setting up the phone (connecting it to the router etc) and Katie was patient and friendly explaining it all.

I bought a basic phonely contract when Plusnet stopped doing local landlines. The joke was I first bought a package from Virgin for new internet and a landline but did not realise you can’t use pro servers and secure networking with anything but Plusnet or BT. Anyhow apart from having to wait two weeks to a new Plusnet account, Phonely was great just plugged the box into the Network and my 5 year old digital phone system with 5 handsets worked immediately. Although the system is only for emergencies and for children (no kid mobile household) it works great for the relatively economic rate.
Excellent customer care
Tried installing and configuring my voip phone. Had a few challenges. Spoke with Katie. Within minutes all set up and first successful outgoing call. Excellent efficient knowledgeable friendly. Thoroughly satisfied. Thank you so much.

Inaccurate Listing
My daughter has been harassed by a woman for months.
To get away from it she has blocked her from all her social media accounts, reported it to the police and changed her phone number as the woman is obsessed.
Today my daughter's old number has been listed on your App as 'Harassing.'
Do you actually check your facts before creating your listings?

Refreshingly simple to sort out and it works well. :)
I just switched phone line across from another provider when the contract came to an end and I had to renew but with broadband only. I still need a landline and the option via the original provider was more costly and not as good as this. And with a faceless corporate and endless phone menu's and unhelpful info and 'support'. Phonelyt turned out to be a massive improvement on this. I hope they manage to retain the 'human touch' as they grow.
Refreshingly simple setup and process, friendly and quick to response requests for information and updates. Real, friendly knowledgeable human beings who were a pleasure to deal with whether by phone or chat!
The only hiccups came from the old provider and Phonely were very quick to sort it out.

The company has been amazing from start to finish. We had problems getting tthe system up and running (due to stupidly pressing the reset button) but hats off to Laura Thornton who expertly and patiently guided us through. We highly recommend this company.
