Brilliant customer service,brilliant phone sevice,worth every pennie,just renewed says it all just spoken with Katie who was brilliant

First class customer service, pity more companies couldn't be like them. The actual VoIP telephone service is brilliant too. Just about to start my second year with Phonely and can honestly say, I have no regrets in doing so. Keep up the excellent work.

Just renewed my landline contract with phonely ltd very happy with them great service, very friendly customer service staff , easy to talk to very helpful, down to earth and very decent.

Katie was very helpful indeed and I give four stars only because we were unable to resolve the problem, but this was certainly not her fault.

Have only been connected for a few hours, had a problem with the landline connection and answer machine . Spoke to Ali who went through things with us, reset things and all sorted out swiftly.
Makes a very plesant change to call a company and to get English speaking staff who are not only pleasant but are willing to help and help sort things for you, this is a big bonus, also makes so much difference,

I had a technical problem with my phone. However, after a couple of phone conversations with Laura she had it fixed remotely using my PC. She was super helpful and I'm very impressed with Phonely's customer service.

Took out a 12 month plan bought a phone from them
Told them I was moving to Thailand
They said it would work there as it was internet based
It never worked apart from the App
Very little support no offer of compensation refund etc
Felt very let down

Absolutely brilliant phone company.
Signed up for my mum but unfortunately due to the set up she has at the property with her wifi we were unable to keep it. However with all the queries and attempts to make it work every single staff member was so helpful and patient giving advice and tips on things we could try. So dissapointed my mum couldn't stay with them because I know she wouldve been well looked after by them, but I just had to give them a review. Literally one of the best companies I have dealt with in a very very long time.

Had a tech issue which involved using my laptop, all super easy with Katie, she was very helpful and patient. She fixed the issue so my great aunt had her phone over the weekend.
Definitely recommend for older people so you can monitor calls easy.

I had occasion to call the support line with an unexpected problem arising from a refund. This was handled politely and competently by Laura. It was challenging because it was a debit/credit based issue which proved to be resulting from a questionable practice by the bank. Thus it was that phonely were proved blameless and their responses were patient and rational throughout. Well done support team.

After my previous service provider Phonely is a breath of fresh air. They are easy to contact and the whole team is friendly and approachable and they go out of their way to help and solve any problems. How they can provide such a good service at such a low price I cannot imagine.

Initially I had a couple of issues which were resolved within a very short time by a very patient member of staff, thank you.

Very good price and easy to convert my phoneline to VOIP using their adapter. I have Airband internet which works great with Phonely and can use my old handsets too. First query I had was fixed straight away by Laura over Livechat.

Abbey checked and answered my query. Advised me what to do. Prompt service and positive outcome.

Great speaking to Abby, she was amazing. Calmed me down after no help from internet provider and solved the issue in minutes.

Transfer from analogue ti digital was completed in a quick and trouble free time.

Received renewal email from Phonely saying price was going up. Gave them a call and mutually agreed to a reduced price for the next 12 months. An absolute bargain, and I'm glad to continue using such a great service through Phonely.
