Elaine was brilliant from start to finish, would highly recommend her. From answering my questions prior to arrival, visiting on the first day, ensuring I had someone with me for all tests and sitting with me outside post surgery, I couldn’t have asked for better.

I would highly recommend Elaine and Ekol Hospital for any surgery. Felt very confident with the aftercare and treatment from Dr Arif and Nurses. Loving the results.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The team really focused on person centered care from the time I was picked up, during procedure and aftercare. The guidance, clinical support and advice by Elaine , Caniel, and the healthcare team eased all my concerns allowing for the experience to be extremely positive. After meeting Elaine and her daughter janyel it was amazing they both looked after us at the Ekol hospital from start to finish would recommend these two, from any operation to even teeth they offer a vast amount off services and even at better prices than the uk well worth a phone call thanks for all your services

Absolutely amazing cannot help you enough both Elaine and canyel was with me and my dad the whole time when we had are tests and operation making sure we was ok and if we needed anything and a month after still message to see how we are and we can always message for help or information I’d give more stars if I can I cannot recommend them enough

This was my 2nd visit to Turkey with Elaine getting my boobs done. Once again Elaine and the team was amazing, so helpful and i felt at ease. I would highly recommend Elaine and Ekol Hospital to anyone who wants surgery. Dr Arif has given me the confidence and boost i needed, such a humble person who wants the best for his patients. He will be honest with you and tell you the truth which i love because most surgeons are just in it for the money!

I honestly don’t know where to start, Elaine and Caynel have helped change my life. From the very beginning with all the help and information for a very nervous patient. I had my surgery on the 20th of May. My Rep is Elaine, I can honestly say I was well looked after from the moment I arrived at Ekol hospital. Elaine and her daughter are so professional, caring, helpful and understanding. They brought me to all my applications and was with me up until I went for my surgery and there for when I got out and looked after me with great attention to my needs. Thank you so much Elaine and to my surgeon Dr Omer Yoldas you are amazing and explained everything and answered every question ❤️ I would also like to thank all the amazing staff at Ekol hospital.

Elaine is the most amazing person you will ever ever have the honour to meet. She's so professional and friendly and becomes a big part of your journey. I've been chatting with Elaine for a very long time and she's took me tru everything I needed to know before during and after my operation. Her after care is on going and she's always available to answer any questions. Elaine lives in turkey so she's with u all the way. I'm so glad I decided to go through phoenix rising and got to have the honour to meet Elaine and her beautiful daughter.

I had a great experience from start to finish and leading up to booking aswell, Elaine was so supportive and answered any questions asked and any queries and also advised on booking flights etc. I found the process really easy knowing I had someone on the other end of the phone anytime I needed help with anything.
So I travelled with my mum and once we were off the plane it was all very easy following instructions given and somebody waiting on the other side for us and seeing us to our minibus and getting to the hospital. Everyone was so lovely and they got us settled in really quickly and showed us around a bit so we knew where things were and took payments and filled forms etc getting it all out of the way once we arrived. The rooms were great everything was spotless and the staff were all great and always checking in on us and making sure we didn't need anything. I met the Dr and his team and got all drawn up ready for my op and was surprised how at ease I felt. I went down for my Op which I had an FDL TT and came back up after and was instantly looked after by the nurses and told what was expected of me all really such an easy process ..I didn't feel to bad after my surgery at all and was walking about a little bit the same day . I still feel so surprised at how well I felt as the days went on I managed to get about absolutely fine and went for walks outside and to the coffee shop and sat outside in the sun for a bit untill I was well enough to go to the apartments which were lovely and just across the rd from the hospital. I even managed to go to the market with my mum and do some shopping, poor mum got to carry the bags . We had a nice balcony so managed to even get a bit of sun on our stay . The team stayed in contact throughout the whole time we stayed and nothing we asked was ever a problem. I'd say recovery wise once the first three days are gone you feel alot better in general and I've continued to feel better and better every day since I've been home . I'm just over three weeks out and I'm really pleased with my results and my scarring is looking great already altho I've still got alot of swelling on the bottom half of my stomach which I'm having lymphatic massage to try and help but am aware it's only early days and it's completely normal to swell ..I'm just impatient lol.
I cannot thank the team enough and I forgot to mention the lovely Chanyel who was so lovely also and she went to the chemist for me and collected my medication and bits I needed for my recovery. I can't recommend Phoenix Rising enough and all the staff and of course Dr Arifaydin who is amazing.

Almost 5 weeks Post Op and Elaine was there from day 1, even got to meet her at the hospital and her lovely daughter. Elaine sent me over all the information before hand and answered any questions I had even the stupid ones

This was my second time in turkey with these guys for surgery this time was for a tummy tuck and can honestly say I’m never disappointed with these guys absolutely amazing service I contacted Elaine who sorted everything out for me from start to finish I can honestly say this lady never fails to amaze me she is just brilliant and always puts you at ease and your needs are always first my husband came with me this time and couldn’t believe how good the hole experience was if any one wants any surgery doing contact these guys you will not be disappointed thanks again Elaine for everything 🥰😘

This is not my first time booking through with the wonderfull Elaine, I met Elaine and her daughter 4 years ago when having my fdl tummy tuck and we became good friends

I would defo recommend her company, the care even from the international team connected with them was amazing all staff doctors and nurses was great

Always English speaking nurses checking in on you

Communication WhatsApp group was amazing and very helpful

I had a 360 tummy tuck, lipo, mons pubis lift, breast uplift and implants with Phoenix Rising and can honestly say its the best decision I've made. The team are wonderful, especially Elaine and her Daughter, they couldn't do enough for me. Nothing was too much and they gave me emotional support during my stay. The hospital itself was clean and the staff were always happy to help. The nursing staff were lovely and again very supportive. The health carers and the cleaners to an amazing job and I always had someone checking on me making sure I had clean sheets, towels and my bathroom was cleaned everyday. The Surgery went well, although I was in discomfort initially there was constant pain relief and support throughout. I travelled on my own and a friend came over a few days later. I was kept in hospital the full week due to one drain still draining, so there was no pressure to go to the hotel until I was medically fit and ready, which was so reasurring. My Surgeon was very understanding and completed exactly what I asked for. 9 Weeks post on and I feel great. I've had lymphatic massage to help with the swelling and sometimes I still feel tight which is normal, but I'm back walking and dping light excersises. If you're thinking of cosmetic surgery I would highly recommend this team.
