Absolute cracking day, my instructor made the day look easy and was so thorough with correction of errors, couldn't fault him, the business are key in communication which is always helpful,

Friendly and welcoming from the start. They skilfully guided me from CBT to full bike licence in a very short period of time. All the instructors are highly knowledgeable and quick to settle your nerves when needed. They go above and beyond teaching, special thanks to Martin and Mikey, I will miss having a voice of confidence i my ear.

Excellent tuition, never ridden a motorbike before but felt confident by the end.

This was the best CBT training I've done and would definitely recommend it to anyone else that wants to follow in the path of being a bike ride it wasn't just the excellent training that was given it was all of the safety aspects of riding a bike as well . Well Garry and thank you 😉👍👍

I can't recommend these guys enough! So patient and knowledgable, making the day an absolute delight. The booking process was easy with the service being friendly and approachable. Both instructors made me feel really welcome and took a complete novice through to being confident on the road in a matter of hours.

I will definitely be looking to book more training with this company.

Really good course provided by an experienced trainer

I completed the Big Bike "A' License training and successfully passed both tests first time. Although I am 70 years old and have been riding motorcycles of all sizes abroad for many years, (and hold 5 motorcycle licenses from different countries), I am pleased to say that I learned some useful techniques besides simply learning how to pass the test. I was disappointed that I was unable to take the test on my own motorcycle and was given a plausible but untrue reason when I asked for an explanation. Notwithstanding, on the whole it was a positive experience which i would recommend to anyone wishing to pass their motorcycle test. My training spanned 3 different Phoenix locations and I would like to thank all the staff who I met, particularly Mickey at Fareham.

Clear communication, reasonable price and great service

Just done by CBT, with Gary. This was the 1st time I been on a motorbike & I couldn't master the gears. Gary swapped me for an automatic & took the time to instruct me & the other 2 on the course.

Gary was very through with all the information, and he always came across in a friendly manner.

I will be back to learn the gears & other things whilst I can

Fantastic day doing my CBT with Martin. I had no previous riding experience and Martin was patient, encouraging and a brilliant teacher. I always felt comfortable and confident which was my biggest worry before doing the CBT. Martin explained everything very clearly and made it all easy to understand. The road ride element was a little daunting to start with but again Martin made me feel confident and in control. Very happy. Thoroughly recommend. Thanks Martin!

Had my CBT yesterday and Gary the instructor was amazing. Back to bikes after 10 years, he made me feel really confident. Highly recommend Phoenix and def going back for Mod 1 & 2.

Excellent day and great instructor very helpful would highly recommend

I was completely green to riding and had never sat on a motorcycle before let alone ridden one. The instructor was very patient and was excellent at explaining everything. No question was ever too silly. 2hr road ride was so much fun. IMO all road users (including car drivers) need to do this course, even if it’s to get a better perception of motorcycle riders and just to see how they think. It’s just a great way to also refresh your high code knowledge. Now all I need to do is find a bike.
