Kai Samuel has been awesome. She is very proactive in working with us and often taking the lead and getting things done before even asking or knowing we need updates completed. Very impressed with her work ethic.

Our experience with PHMG has been wonderful. We've been a customer for approximately 3yrs now. Kai Samuel, Operations Associate, has worked diligently for us. Any time we run into a problem or have an urgent need he always comes through, all while being professional and kind.

PHMG has taken our phone system and podcast to a much higher level. Christopher and his team have drafted great scripts and sounds that ensure we sound and appear creative when people engage with our communications.

They also upload the recordings right into my online phone account for me, and train me on how to adjust (call and voicemail forwarding) settings in case we have staff changes.
