Everyone here was so nice and helpful and super professional. I had my blood drawn in other places, but this time was completely painless and no bruises after. I loved the experience and 100% would come back and recommend to anyone.

Unbelievable service I have used them for years

I got in touch with Phlebotomy Services due to a month's wait for a blood test with my GP. It was so worth it - Gaby kindly ran me through several options for different tests (completely private or with a GP referral form) and I decided to book an at-home test.
Becky came to do the blood test and couldn’t have been more lovely, what a perfect person for the job (which makes all the difference when you’re nervous of needles!). Results reached the GP a few days later. I would definitely use this business again!

Very friendly and professional staff. Easy to get an appointment. Nice comfortable premises which are conveniently located in the centre of town. I've been using them for a few years now and highly recommend.

This service was so easy to use. Communication from the office was excellent. Becky came to my home to perform the blood tests as I am unable to keep getting to my GP due to illness. Becky was very professional. She was warm and made me feel at ease. Everything was explained clearly and my understanding was checked. My veins are hard to access these days, but Becky clearly knew what she was doing and it was the most painless blood test I've ever had! Would definitely use again and I highly recommend Phlebotomy Services.

Polite, fast and efficient as always, with next day results

I booked a blood test for my 7 year old as we were told there was a 4 week wait for an NHS urgent blood test. I contacted Phlebotomy Services and the following day was able to get an appointment. The staff were amazing thank you to Rebecca who kept my son calm and was treated to a sweet treat following his test. This is the second time using the service and they are really fantastic. Fantastic service again. Friendly and very professional I feel so at ease no worries about having blood taken - used to have awful anxiety before and faint, now don’t realise it’s been taken!!!

Jayne was excellent and took the time before the appointment to find out about my daughter’s needs. She did the actual test so quickly with no difficulty. This followed 3 failed attempts by a visiting nurse who said her veins were difficult. Very pleased and relieved!

My daughter needed a blood test and we struggled to get a soon enough appointment through the NHS. Jayne saw us the very same day and made my very nervous daughter feel much more at ease. Would definitely use again and recommend

Everything about my experience with Phlebotomy services was above and beyond what I expected. Nothing was too much trouble. Fast and friendly response to emails, so helpful. Jayne was so great with the children explaining everything. Would highly recommend to anyone.
