All the Staff are amazing,, they’re so friendly, courteous and helpful. The offices are light, airy feeling, clean and modern. Wholeheartedly recommend Phlebotomy Services to anyone needing a blood test. Definitely 5 stars.

Jayne is remarkable. Her kindness, patience, and commitment completely turned things around for us. She knew exactly how to connect with our son to build trust and rapport, ultimately achieving a successful blood test. The sense of relief she brought our family is unmatched. She is an absolute treasure, and we cannot recommend her highly enough!

Told me where the priority post box was, and joy post the package turned round and saw a Costa Coffee opposite to replenish blood loss. Cake obviously for the shock. 😂

Its the place to go for me. And do your own online blood tests if you really want to know what your body is doing. All the staff i dealt with are kind and helpful.

I just wanted to express my gratitude for the phlebotomy team. From the moment I arrived I was greeted warmly, and the entire process went so smooth and comfortable. The staff explained the process clearly and made what can be a stressful experience actually pleasant thank you so much.

I booked a home visit for a private blood kit collection and I am extremely satisfied with the level of service provided.

The booking process with Laura was smooth, and the communication was clear throughout.

The phlebotomist, Andrea, performed the blood draw precisely at 8:00 AM. She was exceptionally skilled and professional. As a patient prone to severe vasovagal reactions, it was vital for me to remain fully recumbent during the procedure. Andrea handled this with great care, ensuring my absolute safety and comfort. She took her time, handled the specimen tubes meticulously to avoid any clotting, and verified all the clinical details accurately.

An outstanding, high-quality clinical service from an experienced team. I highly recommend them.

Becky was absolutely fantastic - I am someone who other professionals have always struggled to get blood from and even had to give up on. But Becky had so much knowledge and was so caring with her approach. She made me feel so at ease and managed to do the draw perfectly without giving up! I can't recommend enough.

Can NOT say enough positive about my entire experience with the whole team! From making my appointment (and needing to change it) to having one of the easiest "sticks" (which is saying something, I have tiny veins!) - to the most pleasant chat that made the entire event feel like a fun outing with friends, instead of a necessary medical procedure. Don't hesitate - this is a wonderful group of super pleasant medical professionals!
