An excellent service with faultless communications. Because of my own sensitivities, I found the fragrance levels in the building (presumably from air 'fresheners'), difficult to deal with, but as the cost of a home visit is so very reasonable, I will just opt for that in future.

Wonderful team and I couldn't be more impressed with their service. From the moment I called Gill, their professionalism and knowledge was outstanding. What stood out the most was their attention to detail and patient-centered approach. They took the time to verify my information, explain the process, and ensure they were doing the correct process for each test. I highly recommend anyone in need of a reliable, compassionate, and expert phlebotomist.

The team were friendly, the facility easy to find and everything was very prompt and efficient. Booking the clinic via Medicheck was also very easy.

I was greeted by my first name, which was nice, and assured that not being able to fill out a form on line was not a problem. The phlebotomist was friendly and caring and talked me through the procedure which was very helpful. Thank you.

We called Phlebotomy Services Kenilworth Ltd out as Gp surgery could not visit for 2 weeks! As the patient is 91 years young this was just too long to wait. The lovely Phlebotomist that came out was professional & kind. The results were back at the Gp surgery within 3 days, worth every penny.

Excellent service from Phlebotomy Services Ltd., who responded to my email request within hours. I was immediately given a choice of appointments at my home for my blood test. I am classed as extremely vulnerable to infection and I received assurance that my safety was a priority. Becky my phlebotomist on the day was kind, reassuring and extremely proficient. I don't normally give blood easily. Becky had no such problem!!

Becky was fantastic—her calm and professional demeanor on the day of my blood test instantly put me at ease, I felt completely relaxed throughout. First class service. Veronica at North Northants Centre was / is excellent in taking blood samples - no waiting, business like and no bruising afterwards. Pleasant manner too.

Had a really good experience, was slightly nervous but was put at ease, really friendly staff, all really polite aswell, appointment was timely was in and out within 15 mins. I’m satisfied it was worth paying to go private.

I have been a few times with my daughter with special needs, they are friendly, helpful but above all amazing with my daughter and with what they do, would highly recommend
