The whole experience was perfectly smooth from the booking to the actual bloods. The nurse that we saw was exceptional and made myself and my husband feel at ease and comfortable. The procedure was quick and painless. Would definitely recommend and use again.

They successfully obtained blood samples under extremely challenging circumstances from an individual with severe learning difficulties. I have an extreme needle phobia that had made getting a blood test done an impossibility for the past 12 years. I tried exposure therapy and various blood test attempts with different clinics and doctors to no avail. Jayne at Phlebotomy Services did what no one else could and got a sample out of me. She made me feel comfortable and talked through everything with me. She took the time to listen to my fears and concerns with the tests and let me know that even if I couldn’t get in done on the day, she wouldn’t give up on me.
Her caring nature, and deep understanding of my phobia made me feel I could trust her. I cannot express how grateful I am to Jayne and the team for being patient and kind beyond measure. After years of failed attempts, I found success here. I have even been back again, and it gets easier each time knowing that they won’t rush me and still take the care and extra attention I need.
If, like me, you have a needle phobia, sensory issues or autism then I cannot recommend Jayne enough.

Thank you so much for allowing our 11 year old such a positive experience after so much dread, blood phobia and past medical traumas, it’s helped him in such a huge way, he was so proud of himself and feels so much more confident about medical things now and trusting he won’t bleed out. Also, he doesn’t even have a bruise or even a tiny mark, it was honestly the best blood test ever! You are amazing Jayne especially with his lack of visible veins, no wonder you are so highly recommended. Worth every penny for this experience for him, we are very relieved parents.

Smooth and easy experience. I was actually running a few mins late due to something that was my own fault. This wasn't a problem. I was in and out inside of 10 mins. Painless and professional experience all around.

I contacted Jayne and her team at very short notice to arrange a specific test I needed to rule out a medical condition. From the moment I spoke to Jayne she made every effort to ensure I had the test on the same day and the results were provided later that evening. She even held up the courier just so that I could come in and have the test.

When visiting the clinic Jayne and her team made me feel welcome and were very friendly. Jayne and her team are very professional and make you feel at ease when in their clinic.

Our son is autistic so taking bloods can be a tricky procedure. This was the 2nd time we have used Phlebotomy Services and both times they have been excellent. I thoroughly recommend them and they are our go to place for whenever we need bloods.

I have used Phlebotomy Services before. It's easy to book and arrange online (or by phone), free parking on the street outside, friendly caring staff, painless blood draw.

Needing to get bloods done far from home, I found the process of setting it up before travelling half way around the world very easy due to the friendly and efficient staff. Having the bloods taken in person was equally straightforward and pleasant. Thank you to all the staff I have interacted with.

My blood test was for the NHS (who didn’t have anyone available at the time I was free).
Phlebotomy services slotted me in quickly, the NHS promptly sent it to the wrong GP - despite their name being on the form correctly🙄

Fast, efficient, professional and friendly. Whilst I’m not in the least concerned or worried about blood draws, I was assured from the very start of the process, felt at ease and in good hands. The Phlebotomist was highly skilled, she labeled all the samples, helped complete the forms, and packaged the samples up for later courier collection from my home. I’d highly recommend their services.
