Heavenly pleasure
If you want a smooth, creamy fudge, with some pecans thrown in for a nice change in texture, you MUST try Phil's maple with pecans fudge. It is a little slice of heaven. But beware, it is addictive.

Fudge is great, sometimes too heavy on extracts
I really enjoy Phil's fudge everytime I order from them. I've been ordering for many years now and I've never had a problem with delivery or anything. Fudge arrives fresh and well packaged. Some amazing flavours are Nanaimo,Chewy Praline, Lemon Cheesecake, most chocolate bars (Turtles, Coffee Crisp, Skor, Oh Henry). The only reason they lost a star is that they can be a bit heavy handed when using extracts in fudge. For example, I LOVE Spumoni ice cream, but the pistachio extract in the fudge was too over powering and not very pleasant to eat. Similarly, I LOVE cherry cordial chocolates but, there was so much of the flavouring that both my husband and I took one bite and tossed the whole pack of fudge away. Otherwise everything has been great!

Rollo - yes!
I was so happy to see Rollo back on the fudge menu, and am also very happy that I can get the chocolate caramel balls now. It was all packaged very well and arrived in a timely manner. I can get fudge in various places here in Calgary but Phil’s is superior to them all!
